I am Cleo Metcalf I was born November 22 1937, in Howard county Indiana. I have lived around Galveston Indiana all my life. And I have lived in Galveston from 1958 until now. She lived in Galveston and graduated from Galveston High School in May 1958. We have 1 daughter, we have one grandson, we have one great grandaughter, I have entered the Galveston cemetery in findagrave so people can find their ancestors. Some of it is from The Old Richardville Publication. It was compiled by Betty Zane [Darland] Tucker.And taken from Galveston cemetery records and plat books Through 1995 with and Addendum from 1996 to 1997 and from obituaries from the Kokomo Tribune and the Peru Tribune and Phros Tribune and from the Galveston cemetery records. And also information that I have been emailed. Thank you for checking. You might find something wrong if you do email me and I will be happy to correct it. This is all the names that I recorded from The Galveston cemetery book Old Richardville Publication and it is finally up to date as of 2010 I have now put pictures of most of the grave stones from Galveston cemetery on findagrave. I have no problem transfering memorials if it is not my family. email email@example.com|

Please correct your entry for John Wesley Pearcy.
1) His middle name is spelled Wesley
2) His parents were Charles Alva Pearcy (19895494) and Hattie Minerva Rayburn (129733625).
3) John "Doc" Pearcy and Mary J. Carroll Pearcy were his grandparents, not parents.
Thank you. I'll be glad to take over any of these
Pearcy Memorials if you like. You've done a great job on so many entries.
|Family Finder||Hattie Minerva Pearcy|
Can you please unlink your Hattie Alice Pearcy entry to Howard Hawthorne Pearcy. It is incorrect.
Easy mistake, names so similar. I will add a correct entry for Howard's mother.

Hello, do you mind if your photographs are used for those of us doing our family genealogy? I am working on my husband's at the time, namely the Armstrong's buried in Galveston as his grandmother is Donna Armstrong, and there are probably more than I don't have names for yet and whom may be located in other cemeteries that you have photographed. Please let me know and thank you for your consideration. Eva

|Pat Westerfield||Elizabeth and JS Beall|
The book "History of Cass County Indiana", by Thomas B Helm Published 1886. It has the story of Doctor John Sunderland Beall (JS). It gives his birth but not death since he was still alive.His wife is Lizzie and his mother is Eliza Ijams Beall buried also in Old Galveston Cemetery His two children Frank H and Sallie Z are also buried there.
I thought this would be helpful for anyone researching the Beall Family. Pat Westerfield
