Hello my name is Melissa Clayton Key I am married to Michael Key we live in Henry Co, Tn and have 3 boys Andrew 21, Alex 17 and Aaron 16, Now I have A wonderful granddaughter her name is Serenity Rose |
I love doing Family Research I have been doing it for 18 years and have ties all over West TN if you need help let me know.
If you have things to add or correct anything, please let me know and I'll do it asap.
Please contact me if I have memorials that you want transferred I will be glad to do if they are directly related to you (PARENTS, GRANDPARENTS, and BROTHERS and SISTERS)
PLEASE do not ask for me to transfer whole cemeteries to you, I am happy to add information.
When my memorials are entered first please do not ask me to delete them if you have pictures to add, add them to the one that is already there please.
Please don't DOUBLE memorials in Cemeteries it makes it confusing for some people if I entered them in F.A.G. first I will ask Find A Grave to merge the duplicates, so please ask for help. I work real hard on Find A Grave entering names and pictures. If I make the mistake I will gladly delete mine, The most of the people I do enter are related to me or my husband, Thank You for looking and have fun with your research I know I do.

Because so many people add data to Find A Grave, there are often duplicate cemeteries and duplicate memorials added. This is a very common situation and is quite difficult to resolve in a way that keeps everyone happy. Before adding a memorial, you should search the cemetery to see if a record with that name has already been added. If you find a memorial has been added but has incomplete or incorrect information, instead of creating a duplicate memorial you should use the tools provided to submit corrections, additions or a transfer request via the "Suggest A Correction" link under the 'Edit' tab on the upper right of the memorial. You should never deliberately create a duplicate memorial.

Hello, you added a photo to John Robert Barker memorial. He's buried in the Hillcrest Cem. in Paris TN. Would you remember generally where he was buried? Was it to the left or right as you entered and up close or in back? His father, my step father is going to visit his grave this week and I'm trying to help them locate a general area. Thank you! Mark
Thank you for taking care of the edits I requested. Linda
|DrPeno||R.M. Harris (Robert M. Harris)|
Robert Martin Harris is my great-grandfather, who died in 1909 at the age of 52 in Holcomb, MO. My husband and I visited Stanfield Cemetery in Clarkton, Dunklin Co., MO, this past summer and found his grave! We only knew it was there because of the entry on Find a Grave... so thank you very much! We took pictures, and I can provide a photo to add to his entry. (He has one of those tall "Woodmen of the World" gravestones.) I do know some other information about him though do not have an obituary. His second wife, Amanda C. (Baird) Harris (1870-1965), is buried in Stanfield Cemetery too. (His first wife, Martha A. Baird, who died young, was an older sister of Amanda's! I've not been able to locate her grave at all; she died in 1896.)
To my knowledge, no picture exists of Robert M. Harris; at least I have never seen one. Also, I know very little of his background, except that he was born in either Kentucky or Missouri (information conflicts). He died when my grandma, a daughter of his, was 5 years old -- so she didn't remember much about him. The 1900 census indicated that Robert Harris's mother was born in Kentucky, his father in Tennessee. By at least 1887, he was living in Dunklin County, MO, where he married Martha Ann Baird. (The parents of Martha and Amanda were from Wilson Co., TN. The parents both died while the girls were still young... Martha, 14, and Amanda, 10, plus two other sisters and a young brother show up in the 1880 census living with an older half-brother & his wife in Dunklin Co., MO.)
IF ANYONE READING THIS HAS MORE INFORMATION ON ANY POSSIBLE TIES WITH THIS HARRIS FAMILY, I WOULD APPRECIATE IT. I have no idea who Robert M. Harris's parents were. It's like "the missing link" in my genealogy research. Thank you!

My 4th great grandparents were William Munson and
Dycey Ann-Dicey Ann ? who settled in 1798 Turkeyfoot, Scott Co., KY. It is possible William and Dycey Ann married in Scott Co., KY., but because of the fire at Courthouse in Georgetown I am hampered on so many of my lines in Scott Co., KY.
I am trying to find the maiden name of Dycey Ann-Dicey Ann and wondering if she was a Barnhill or one of your other family lines that settled Turkeyfoot area?
William Hinton-Peter Antle also Polk's and Sharons were also early settlers of Turkeyfoot, Scott Co., KY.
Would you look at your families and see if we can connect? William and Dycey Ann Munson are in Find A Grave.com.
