|I served in Girl Scouts in several different capacities for several years and was director of an Arts Center for five years, taught one year of grade school and grew broiler chickens breaking all Tysons records for the most money ever made on a batch amounting to 5 cents a head, my last batch I grew; had a Beagle kennel raising AKC Beagle gunddogs we also ran in competitions in Illinois, Tennessee, Missouri, Arkansas and Oklahoma; and owned with my husband a Holstein dairy farm. I was an unofficial volunteer in genealogy for over ten years at the library because I wanted to be an unofficial volunteer. I have researched extensively for the past twenty years or more, most of my lines, wrote one hard bound book and booklets mostly of relatives in Southwest Missouri (Anderson, Trail, Seburn, Ryker, with the Casada, Douglas, Cantrell Davis, McMechen and early Trail's in early Spartanburg, SC. Berks, Philadelphia, Luzerne and Carbon Counties in PA had the Hinkle and Hinkel, Minnick and Shane lines later of Southwest Missouri. Northwest Missouri kin were Anderson, Trail, Ricks, and Dixon. Northwest Arkansas kin were Clark, Martin, Keck, and Duncan's who were also in TN; and other lines of Woodring, Ritchardson of NC and OK, the lines of my second husband, and others. I do not post memorials unless it is for people I do know about and do not post from Cemetery enumerations. When I find that someone has put in birth and death dates and nothing else and it is my family, then you will find that I do another posting because I not only have bios but usually photos too and I don't want to do only a flower. I want to leave a record and I have worked hard and had a lot of expense to gather those records. Double listings don't bother me. I am not finished yet, I can only work on so many at a time as it takes time to do the bios, get the photos ready, etc. and I work on my other lines too doing the same thing.|

|Linda Gomez||Fletcher Keck's Store|
Hello Mildred. I have a picture that my Dad took in 1953 in Arkansas. He said he thought it was Fletcher Keck's store. Do you know what the Keck Store looked like or where it was located? We were in Pettigrew, Arkansas visiting family at the time the photo was taken, but he also took pictures at Devil's Den and Winslow, AR, so I guess the picture of the store could have been taken anywhere. Thanks for your help, Linda.
|Mark Thomas||Seburn / Davis|
I am Irma Seburn (Thomas) son Mark. I have just started tracing her side of the family on Ancestry. I have some papers, photos from Mom and Ethel Davis (Seburn). Could you help get started?
|Joan Viney||Photo designation|
Your photos for Ida May (Anderson) Davis in Old Aurora Cemetery, Lawrence County, Missouri are not gravestones. They should be entered with the designation "Person" instead.
|Connie Stockton Schmidt||Lorenzo Dow McKinley|
Mildred, I have a person looking for pictures. Below is his message. I will get his email and send to you if you will send me yours by private email.
Hi - I'm looking for a picture of Lorenzo Dow McKinley (31 Jul 1857-16 Apr 1951), my 2G Grandfather, who lived in Lawrence Co., MO all his life and is buried in the Marionville IOOF cemetery. I have a picture of his wife, Catherine Charlotte Wheat, but hope to find one for Lorenzo. Appreciate any assistance / pointers.
|Mike Freels||Calvin Luttrell Grave|
I was wondering if you can be more specific with directions to his grave site. We spend the better part of today down in the Arnett area and could not locate it. We did find a small cemetery on top of a hill, but the gate was locked and we could not enter. Thanks, Mike.

Thanks so much for the updates to Bagby family memorials

Mary Elizabeth Martin was my great grandmother, not my great great grandmother. My fingers got too busy, sorry.

|Sherry Phillips||Another possible daughter|
I think that William Martin and Nancy Cole had another daughter, who is my great-great grandmother. Her name was Mary Elizabeth Martin, born Feb. 5, 1866 in Well County, Arkansas. She died Nov. 13, 1950 in Ranger, Texas. Her death certificate lists William Martin and Nancy Cole as her parents. I am on Ancestry.com. My family is listed as The Phillips Family. I am Sherry Jennings Phillips. My e-mail address is
email@example.com. I live in Eastland, Texas. I have been doing ancestry research for about 4 years. Feel free to contact me.
