Bio and Links
Bio Photo I have been interested in genealogy since 2004. I am retired and live in Gambrills, Maryland. My main genealogy interests are in Western Maryland and S. Central Pennsylvania. My wife is also involved in her genealogy in Eastern Ohio and Western Pennsylvania. We visit cemeteries to find our ancestors' stones and markers. I enjoy photographing the monuments.

Main families of interest are Minnich (Minich), Keefauver, Lemen, Harsh and Stone, Craig, Lydic, and Buterbaugh. Others are Johnston, Swonger, Lloyd, and Miner.

If I have made a duplicate, please contact me and it will be deleted quickly. Also, since only five free photo spots per person are allowed in findagrave, please do not add unnecessary photos to any memorials. Obituaries should be typed in the Bio sect and not added as photos. Transfers may be made if you ask using the EDIT button and also state relationship. You have my permission to use my grave stone / marker photos for your private use. For any use of my family photos please contact me. Hopefully, you will source or link the photos. It never hurts to give someone credit for helping you.

I have been purchasing "orphan-rescue" antique photos with names sufficient to search and find a 'home' for them. Some success has been had. There are photo albums of Hellyers (Seneca F., etc. - PA) and Hopkins (Arthur, Lewis, etc.) that are awaiting family.

Findagrave is as good as we make it.

thank you for adding my ancestors
Hi--I see you put in info on my 2nd great grandparents Frederick and Caroline Uber. I thank you so much for the help that has given us. And I hope that will be a help to finding cousins as we did not have the name Price (believe the daughters married name) The work you do is so extensive and time consuming and so appreciated by those of us new to this research.

Please keep up the good work--many of us view it as a joyous link with our past. I know that I viewed these with tears of joy. We can all be proud of our heritage and you bring it to life with your pages.

God bless you--and strangely enuf my daughter and her family will be moving to MY soon with the Army. Now she can go to see this in person!!!

Wow, thank you so much for the kindness shown, taking the time to locate, photograph and post to Find A Grave. I truly appreciate your help. Would like permission to use in my family file, if allowed, how would you like photo credit given? Thank you!

Carmine Candido

Thanks very much for taking the photo of Mr. Candido's grave. Seeing the gravestones really helps me connect to my dad's WWII service. Thanks again! James Osborne

RE: Annie Sanford - Section L- 449
So her's probably is unmarked as are the others except for Wm H. and Annie (the one you took with Wm's). Tks so much for that one and it's transfer Michael because through it I've found where 7 other Sanford were buried together in Cedar Hill!!-Stephen
