Bio and Links
Bio Photo I started out taking photos of the graves of family and distant relatives but have migrated into working on some cemeteries in northeastern Ohio. I like to manage the memorials of my relatives but more than two thirds of my work is outside that group. Please let me know if you have an interest in managing any memorial I have posted. I would be glad to add information if you care to share.

If you have taken a photo that is better than the one I have posted, feel free to post yours and drop me a message so I can remove mine.

Good morning Craig,
I received your suggestion for Kenneth Ables and have added it to his memorial. Happy holidays.

Emery A Ramey
Thanks for the info. I added a note to his memorial. I thought perhaps the name Emery was a takeoff of the surname Emerine which might indicate a tie to Blanche Emerine Ramey. Evidently not.

Blanche Ramey
I entered the info provided. Q. any chance she is related to Emery Ramey (d. 6 Aug 1944)? He is buried in Cedar Lawn Cemetery so I created a memorial for him. Cedar Lawn is adjacent to Walnut Hill and Emery is the only other Ramey listed in the four Walnut Hill Cemeteries. (Blanche, G. K., and Katherine are the others; however they were all shown in findagrave while Emery was not.) Paul

RE: Laura Waldrop
Wonderful, I put both on my Ancestry. They must have put her name with her first husband so people new who he was married to. Appreciate it.

RE: Lindsey, Sankey
Craig, Now I am confused. Didn't Rebecca Lindsey marry John Shaffer?

Rebecca Lindsey
Craig, you mentioned in your message to me when transferring the memorial for Janet Sankey that you are a descendant of Rebecca Lindsey. She is also my great grandmother. Her daughter, Nellie Shaffer is my mother's mother!
Can you contact me at I would love to trade family information with you.

Newspaper misspellings
Thank you Craig for your many entries for my Burrell and Jones families. The extra work you have done has been useful for me and will be for many others in my family.
I am the only granddaughter of GW Burrell, whom I knew well.

I hope you can correct the newspaper misspellings in the listing for George William Burrell’s Obit. The most important one is that Katherine’s name is Birnbaum, (NOT Bichbaum). This is really important as it is a key name in the Jones family.

Lesser misspellings are
1.the town in which my father, Arthur Burrell lived is Peru, NY (not Pern)
2.Lucille Crowder lived in Evanston, IL (not in)
3.Franklin Burrell’s middle initial is B (for Boyd),(not R)
4.The donations were to go to Denison University or the East Cleveland Baptist Church (not of)

RE: Jonas James Danford
Yep. There are three. The one I entered is the Strobel cemetery in Kansas where gg-grandpa Jonas is actually buried. But gg-grandma Mary was buried in the Mt. Vernon Cemetery near Lamont, Oklahoma shortly after the Cherokee Strip Run. So the family put a stone for Jonas next to hers. I have been in contact with the Strobel family and they said they would delete their memorial...but they never did. So...three.
