I am an attorney and court commissioner in Dodge County, Wisconsin. My lovely wife Julie and our kids Philip and Grace (and dog Howie) enjoy exploring cemeteries with me.|
Like most of my fellow gravers, I do this to preserve the history of those who came before us and the often beautiful works of art that mark their final resting places - and to make the information more accessible to those who might be searching for it.
My information comes from a variety of sources, including older cemetery transcriptions done by others. Feel free to contact me with corrections, additional information, transfer requests, questions, etc. I'll be happy to help if I can.

Just wanted to thank you for your help. I can now finish that part of my family. I certainly appreciate it! Jill

Thank you so much for the photos for Nettie and Merlyn Parks! I was just curious if noticed when you were there if there were any other Parks family members in the area. I've had difficulty tracking down information on Nettie and was really hoping there would be some dates on her stone. Thank you again for your time!

No I'm afraid not. It's on private land but the landowners are usally willing to let you go down there to where they think it was, they've fenced off the area where they think it was but weren't really sure if they fenced off the right area. Did you want to vsit it or did you just want to post the GPS coodinates? Bill

The exact location of the cemetery is unknown but efforts to find it, as far as I know, are still ongoing. I can provide GPS coordinates for the cemetery monument where they believe is the most likely location of the cemetery.

I will continue to help and try to fill in the blanks where I can. I am related to William Alger buried there. His wife is in Andalusia as are two sons. Never understood why he is here but thank you for photo of his stone.
