Jane Smith
This information is very helpful! I found that Frank B. Smith & Jane Bender were married in 1869 in White Pigeon, St. Joseph, Michigan which in the census you sent me Jane's last name would of been Smith when she was 19 years old. She also had a son who she named Curtis like her brother. I am more convinced this is the Jane I am looking for, the question is, where is her husband & why is she not buried next to him? Do you have access to Shore Cemetery? She has 3 children there & I am wondering if Frank is also there.
I can not thank you enough for finding that information for me. This has been truly helpful. If you happen to come across anything else on the Smith/Bender family I would appreciate if you could forward it to me.
Again, thank you for all your help!

Jane Smith
Hi Chris,
I have been doing research on my maternal family history & I have been able to track them down to the Shipshewana, IN. area. I noticed you have Jane Smith. I know for a fact that the Jane Smith I am searching for has 3 of her children buried in Shore Cemetery, Shipshewana, IN. and I thought Jane (Bender) Smith & her husband Frank B. Smith would also be buried in the Shore cemetery.
The Jane I am looking for was born around 1851 in Ohio, but not sure of death date. She was married to Frank B. Smith, he was born in 1847 in Pennsylvania but not sure of death date. Did you notice if this Jane Smith had a mate buried beside her & was his name Frank? This could very well be the Jane I am looking for, but I am not 100% sure.
I would appreciate any information or help you could give me.
Thank you!
Paula

Community Hospital
When Community Hospital is referenced in the Saugatuck/Douglas area; where was it?

I'm having trouble getting this to you via regular email; it keeps coming back due to "spam content" ???

Ralph Hostetler
Hi Chris,
I was looking at the obituary you posted on the memorial for Ralph Leo Hostetler #90192149 and noticed it was for the wrong Ralph Hostetler.
Thought I would bring this to your attention.
Thanks,
Buddy Wiegand #47697596

RE: H F Pullman
I'm finding a number of cenotaphs. One CW soldier has 3 memorials. One is a National cemetery, a family grave and a Battlefield memorial. A WWI Canadian soldier with three also. Same: family, battlefield and national cemetery.
One of Harvey's brothers has two memorials. Same thing, CW headstone and a family stone.
Thanks for merging the two!

Field Graves - Oakwood in Allegan
Hi Chris -
I wanted to ask if you would be interested in transferring graves Cephas Field #53014453 and Nancy Taylor Field #61589933 at Oakwood Cemetery in Allegan to me. I am a direct descendant. They are my 3rd great grandparents. Thanks for the consideration.

Damarias Davidson - #58886499
Hi Chris - Thanks for all you do in Allegan County with the memorials. I think this grave in Hudson Corners Cemetery may be a duplicate with one that Scout has #131815492 in the same cemetery. The stone for Damarias Davison wife of Henry Whitmore Davison. "Davison" is the correct name. Thanks.
