I currently am in St Clair Shores, Michigan, although I try to make it home to Belton, South Carolina as often as possible. |
When I'm not working on genealogy or in cemeteries, I homeschool my son, play in my (small) garden and harbor a nearly unhealthy love for old houses.
I welcome any corrections, additions or duplicate notifications and will try to get them corrected as soon as possible - please use the "Edit" tab to make all requests, as that helps to ensure I know exactly what memorial you are referencing. Please make sure that the information you send is accurate - this is a burial database and does no one any good if the information is inaccurate. Speculation is great and often leads to facts, but please keep it to your personal files!
Please, if you send me an obituary to add that you did not write yourself, you MUST include the publication it came from and the date it was published. To comply with copyright rules (and F.A.G. regulations), I can't put an un-sourced obituary on any memorial.
Before adding ANY photo to ANY memorial (not just those made by me) take the time to read the F.A.G rules (and copyright rules in the US). If a photo appeared on an obituary and it was NOT taken by you, IT IS NOT OKAY TO ADD IT. A photo appearing in "public" (ie: on a funeral home website) does NOT give you the right to take the photo and use it elsewhere.
At this time, the site does not notify us when a photo is posted to a memorial. If the photo posted of a marker shows more information than included on a memorial, please let me know so it can be added. New site rules state that a photo of an obituary cannot be added to a memorial. If you have one, please transcribe it and send it to me to be added (remember to include copyright information if not written by you) in the memorial or send me a link to the file/picture so I can transcribe it to add to the memorial.

You are right, the link to his wife is incorrect but I didn't make the link, so I can't remove it. I will notify the person who made the link that it is incorrect.
Thanks for alerting me to this error.

In doing family research...
Minnie Lee Page Holliday is the daughter of Ben Page and Mary Pack Page. On Minnie's page (#106425248) it reads... She was the daughter of Ben Page and Mary Pack Page. Mary Pack Page #45618931 it reads Mother of Minnie Lee Page Holliday. Could you perhaps add that Mary Pack Page's number #45618931 for further references. Ben Page is not shown as buried with Mary so I do not have a number for him. Thanks... Jannette Chapman Moss
Minnie Lee Page Holliday (#106425248) is Etta Holliday Dean's (#25317923) mother. Walter H Holiday (#106425539)is Etta's Father.

Hey Courtney, Have you been back out to Forest Lawn? I have finally finished that entire right section & have moved, going towards the office. Wanted to know where you're at so we don't over-lap. :) Thanks, Cathy

Hey didnt you tell me you had a map to what you had taken and what you had not.
|Kenneth Darby||William Lusk at Garden of Memories|
I have no data on any as to how this happened. I have no data to back up another Lusk and of all placed Garden of Memories unless someone just asked me to add that. There is another Lusk that I surveyed in Clearview, Honea Path.

Yes, I would like the one married to Jennie nee Greenthal. According to 1900 census he was born July 1858 but I haven't proved that.
His wife died July 14, 1950 and was born March 16, 1862. If she is buried there also and you can find her marker, I'd like that picture also.
There's no rush and you need to work around 'winter'.

Hi Courtney. The picture that you posted of my grandmother's grave marker looks great. Thank you and please leave it posted. With Inge and I living out here in California. We don't get to visit Anderson but once a year, and that's at our family reunion. Take care and have a great week.

Just FYI I got a message from Find A Grave about the member who I told you about I think I might be getting some memorials to correct.
