Transfers under the following guideline. I've learned a long time ago you can't please everyone and I'm not going to try. For you who like to break the rules, don't waste your or mine time. If your request is outside my guidelines, I will ignore and delate your request.|
Generation 1: your family -- Husband - wife - your children - son-in laws - daughter-in-laws - grandchildren.
Generation 2: your and spouse parents -- Father - Mother - aunts - uncles - 1st cousins - wives and hubands of aunts, uncles and cousins.
Generation 3: Grandparents - their siblings and their children -- huband and wife of siblings and children.
Generation 4: Great Gradparents - their siblings and their children - huband and wife of siblings and children.
NO transfers beyond the great-grandparents and NO transfers of Revolution Soliders or Civil War Soliders or Sailors.
This is a MUST!!! You have to tell me your RELATIONSHIP to the person you want transfered and PROVE if I shoud ask FOR proof. No relatonship...no transfer.
Don't waste my time with: I went school with...I do research for another person would you consider transfering...they were neighbors to my grandparents...I work with this person...they were my neighbors when I was a kid...just this once would consider breaking the rules...ect. ect. ect. If you are not related, forget it. My transfers go to family members who fall within the guide lines.
For you who think there should be no rules and should transfer every request that comes down the pipe, take it up with Find A Grave. They're the ones who set the rules. How many of you knows that a contributor does not have to do corrections or transfers. How many of you knows that Find A Grave have a Right to Privacy Act?
All a contributor has to do is to invoke this privacy act and the contributor will no longer receive any corrections or transfers e-mails. Find A Grave DOSE NOT demand corrections or tranfers be done. They ask contributors to consider doing them to improve memorials and provided more information for researchers.
CORRECTIONS: For you impatient persons who believe your request should be answered in a 24 hours period of time. Get Real! I may have 30 or 40 other requests before yours comes in. I do answered all corrections but it might take several day or weeks. I don't spent 24-7 at the computer. I know this is hard for you to believe but I do have a life outside the computer. I do have family and friends I spent time with, I have a part time job, yard ward, house keeping, grocery shopping, library research, visiting cemeteries for tombstones to photograph, searching cemeteries for requested tombstones and other chores that has to be do.
MY PERSONAL GOAL: My reason for joining Find A Grave is to presrve graves and their tombstones. That's where the bulk of my time on the computer goes, adding people and their tombstones. Corrections and tranfers are done when I can find extra time in the day. So if it takes me one or two months to answering your requests, so be it. Don't give me any guff, that if I can't keep up with the requests, I should transfer the memorials to someone who can. Get Real!! It won't happen!

Thank you for making the edits.
I went ahead and posted my photo for the Sicking's, even though my foot is in it. #137864502 and #13786447. They have two separate books in the office. One for newer. Someday I will try for a better shot. Thanks for going to all the trouble. You are appreciated.

|DSnyder||lol - Not to worry|
When you go in front gate by office and turn right, it is that small masoluem on the left by itself. Shiny black colored stone. I took the picture but couldn't get it without my reflection. You took someone else on it that was perfect.
Not related so don't transfer. But thanks.

I know this isn't for profile page, but what year did you graduate. My parents are in Floral Hills, as are my brother and many other family members. I graduated. (Stillwell)

If you ARE able to get the photos, let me know ahead of time and I will request them before you post. Thanks.

So, sorry. (firstname.lastname@example.org) They are in Mt. Olivet, Raytown, Jackson, MO. As you go through the front gate and turn right, it is is a smaller kiosk (or upright) (#137864478 and #137864502). Its not that important, its just that I've seen another gentleman claiming who has poor quality and clutters the memorials with photos around the memorial as well. Yours are always tasteful. Thanks.

I have added the Sicking's, but can't get a good picture. I did not put in a request because I'm hoping you will try. Your work looks much more professional than some. Thanks.

|Dave Holland||Duplicate memorials|
It has been brought to my attention that I have created duplicate memorials to two that you created. One is 126987888 which is a duplicate to your's which is 106994802. The second is 126987844 which is a duplicate to your's which is 106994696. Geraldine Holland Rode is a relative of mine and I have linked her parents, her husband Bud Rode and her siblings. We either need to add this information to your memorials, transfer yours to me or you could delete yours. Let me know how you want to proceed.
I will have to ask my grandfather about Hazel, Ethel, Kirby and Bryan.
My maiden names is Jacobs and I have married into the "Robinson" name, unfortunately I do not know much about my married name. I do know that they hale from the great state of Texas. I noticed you have quite a few Jacobs in your library as well, are you by chance related to any of those?

Sorry, but I sent the request to the wrong contributor. Sorry about that.
By the way, I have noticed there are quite a few "Morgans" in your library. Are you related to them? Perhaps we are long lost cousins.
