RE: Smithson - Green Mount Cem
Hi Christopher,

Sorry, I was imputing stuff too late last night. The only grave with the Smithson name there is John T Smithson and he is already on the website. I can put a picture on his page that shows the plot. There is a grave maker for a Kate (I couldn't read the last name) and a grave maker that is unreadable.

RE: PVT William Murphy
Hi Chris, and good to know! Without your help we wouldn't have put the two together. Obviously common names like William Murphy makes it harder to figure out.
The effort I'm helping with can be seen at:
http://www.russpickett.com/history/mdwwii.htm
and you can click on the county to see a list. I've been helping locate the 'unknown' burials, and getting photos of their markers--primarily in the greater Baltimore area.
Thanks again,
Dan Phelan

PVT William Murphy
Hello Christopher, and thanks for looking for PVT William Murphy's grave. I don't know how the cemetery was identified, but it turns out, that after I found his obit and his parent's obits, I found him in another cemetery in Harford County (I didn't ID the cemetery--I just entered the photo request).
I found him at memorial number 75895474 at St. Johns Evangelist cemetery in Hydes, and it has a picture.
Sorry it turned out to be a wild-goose chase, but we found him!
I'll let the two managers about the duplicate entries.
Thanks again,
Dan Phelan

RE: Alexander & Ann Hand
Chris,

There are two Halbert Hoffmans at Loudon Park listed in FindAGrave: one who died in 1952 and one who died in 1894. Which one are you referring to? I found the burial location for the one who died in 1952 but not the other one.

Regards,
Joe

RE: Alexander & Ann Hand
Well, I can check the plot where Halbert Hoffman is buried and see if they are there, but I am doubtful since if that was the case, they would have a listing in their own names. I'll try that and let you know.

RE: Alexander & Ann Hand
Christopher,

I did not find either Alexander & Ann Hand in the family plot lists. If you have reason to believe that they are there, there may be a few other places I can look (deeds, single interment, etc.)

Regards,
Joe

Christopher,

Would you please move memorial 57469351 to West Nottingham Presbyterian Church Cemetery. The cemetery Edwin is in now does not exist.

Thanks
Frank

Did a thorough search of this cemetery, which is very small, and could not locate a grave marker for this individual. Any additional info would be helpful. Thanks, Jamie

RE: Lot Information
Chris,

Joseph B. Christopher is buried in XXX-83. I have photographs of his markers and those of the others buried there.

RE: Lot Information
Chris,

Here's the plot list for N14 North half:
Joshua E. Armiger: buried around 6/10/1889 at age 70y/1m
M.L. Armiger, L.D. Armiger: removed from Baltimore Cemetery and buried underneath Joshua
Sarah E. Armiger: 2/15/1919 @ 88y/0m/28d
Charles H. Neilson: 8/17/1946 @ 47y/10m/27d
Edwin E. Armiger: 8/18/1885 @ 9y
Thomas E. Armiger: 4/8/1885 moved from Bonnie Brae (now New Cathedral Cemetery)

If these names are not familiar to you, it's probably because N14 was split into two pieces (north and south) and sold separately.

Regards,
Joe
