RE: McCord Link
Hi Denny:
I still am looking for more McCord family members and am hopeful that you might be able to fill in some blanks. Please e-mail me at berniceknoke@live.com and maybe we can make some comparisons and I can fill in some of your blanks. Thank you!

RE: Hillside Cemetery, Mantua, Ohio
Yes, I have relatives in both Hillside Shalersville and Hillside Mantua cemeteries on the Burke/Fredrick/Kading/Peters/Kuchenbecker/
Lange side of my ancestors.

The death certificate says "Mantua Village" for James Burdette Frost and says "Hillside in Mantua" for his wife Persis Ann Frost. Their son (Elmer N) and lots of other ancestor Frosts are at Westlawn Cemetery in Mantua. I was only going by the death certificate in trying to locate.

The Frosts arrived in Mantua in 1791 and were successful farmers and land was passed down between at least 3 or 4 generations.

Thanks again, Denny

Hillside Cemetery, Mantua, Ohio
Is there a way to contact this cemetry in Mantua?
I have 2 death certificates indicaing burial at this cemetry but I cannot confirm.

James Burdette Frost (1851-1931) and his wife
Persis Ann Barker Frost (1856-1945).

Would appreciate any info. The Frosts are my 5th,4th,3rd and 2nd grandfathers.
