My father had a real passion for his family tree. I want to continue getting information on our family history. This is for our children and others so that they will know their families. |
I do enjoy walking through the cemeteries. I appreciate the information out there.
As you can see, I do take pictures of headstones. Please, please feel free to use them if they meet your needs. They are large enough that you should be able to get a nice picture. If they aren't big enough, please email me. I probably have a bigger one.

|Judy Rausch Bradley||Rausch sisters joint stone photo|
Could you please copy the photo that you had added for the one joint grave stone of sisters Clara Rausch Rossiter #67613469 and Miss Margaret P. Rausch and also add that same photo to Clara's sister Miss Margaret P. Rausch #87320256. Thank you.

Do you know who the parents of Arthur are? You manage his Find A Grave Memorial# 144288965. Thanks for your help.
|Jowida||Roepcke Memorial Photos|

|SLCCemVets||RE: Robert Howard Nelson|
Interesting indeed. I didn't look that closely at it. Maybe I'll have to go back and figure out to properly acknowledge that in his bio.
|SLCCemVets||Robert Howard Nelson|
Thank you for your note on Robert Nelson and the Kleppen line. I got the info on parents of Martin and Helga Kleppen from Robert's death certificate. I've linked his death certificate on his bio of the memorial page. I am working to document the vet section of the Salt Lake City Cemetery so I don't know any of these lines. Not sure if there was an adoption or anything, but the names off the death certificate all matched up.
We are so sorry to learn of your mother's death. Even when we know it's coming, it is never easy. Be sure to surround yourself with family and friends as they help to lift us in times like these. We send our friendship and sympathy. Jill and Tom
Thank you for taking the pictures of the Billington's headstones. I really appreciate it.
|David Shipley||Charles Calkins|
I'm wondering where you came across the portrait for Charles H. Calkins?
He is a first-cousin of my great grandfather Warren Lincoln Shipley. His grandfather would be my great-great-great grandfather Thomas B. Shipley. I submitted edits to link him to his parents.
We run the Shipley reunion in the Pacific Northwest every two years and have been trying to locate other family descendants who may have information on our upper branches, particularly Thomas Shipley.
Thank you for any assistance you can offer!

Do any photos exist of either him or his wife?

Margaretha "Maggie" Seibel Krause mem.#96989411
b. 21 Sep 1848 Breidenbach, Hessen Darmstadt

They had 9 children. Ottilie, Emil, Herman F.,
and Oscar are also buried in St. Peters Cemetery.
I have to research who Henrietta Krause 1813-1890 to see if she could be Herman Krause's mother or my 2nd great grandmother.
A photo of Herman and Margaretha's gravestone would be GREATLY appreciated!!!!!
