I've been interested in genealogy for many years. My great-grandmother and grandmother instilled in me not only a love of family but also a love of family history. Thanks to their research and great memories I got a wonderful start on researching my family roots. The internet has added to the fun and helped me to find out even more about my family roots.|
Some of the family names I am researching are Bishop, Moore, Scott, Keith, Davis, Brown, Baker, Clements, Yoho, Ray, Taylor, Ward, Belshe, Etter, Brazelton, Carper, Keech, Mitchell, Patterson, Lee, Stegner, Stagner, Rowland, Coleman, Harp, Tomlinson, Crawford, McClanahan, Wharton and McMullin.

Thank you so much for the transfer of the Scott memorial. I just now had found a photo of him.

Mathew Brown of Travis County married Permelia Turner on 19 August 1869. Do you know anything of her? When did Mathew die? I have a photo of Permelia and members of the Brown family visiting Permelia's daughter in Hays County (circa 1900?). Could you help identify those in the photo? Permelia was my great great grandmother.
|Allan Scott II||Thank you!|
