Bio Photo Geneology and my love of photography are joined together in documenting and connecting families here and past. My brother helps clean up old and unvisited cemeteries in Montague county where I was born. My sister and I are continuing the geneology started by our mother tracing the family of: ALIG, BASS, BAYER, BEHL, BEST, BEYER, CLER, EISENMENGER, FETSCH, FLUSCHE, GILLES, KLEISS, HOENIG, HARTMAN, HAUSMANN, HETTINGER, KAPPES, KOELZER, KOBLITZ, NEU, NEWMAN, OTTO, ROEDER, RUND, SCHAFER, SCHWEIGHART, SOMMERS, VOGEL, WALTERSCHEID, and their descendents.
If you can identify any of the unknown stones in Indiana, please let me know.

Thanks for linking her parents. Traveled for her funeral. Just got settled & time to work on adding to her memorial & you already had done some of the work for me! I'm sure I'll be bumbling into you over the next few weeks as I work my Lewter/Trew line. God bless

Harry Grimes
80698314 Please note that Edna was Harry's step-mother. His mother was Choctaw and named (on the Choctaw Rolls) Nicie Moses (Find A Grave 136020801)
Birth: Jul., 1887, Philadelphia, Neshoba County
Mississippi, USA
Death: 1922 Hugo, Choctaw County, Oklahoma, USA

If you check the 1930 census, by which time Walter had married Edna, all of the children through Wilson are listed as Indian, and Margaret and Josephine are listed as White. Thank you so much. The Grimes are in my Donnell line ! DJ Donnell-Watson

Otto Graves in Sharpsburg
I noticed your name on several of the Find A Grave entries. I stumbled across the John Otto Grave in Mount Calvary Lutheran Cemetery in Sharpsburg, MD. I have been working for a number of years on my OTTO family history - traced back to Germany. I had / have a lot of OTTO's that live / lived in Frederick and Carroll counties, MD. Are these families related - or to the best of your knowledge? I have been working on getting all of my information together is some sort of printed form so when my 2 sons have to clean out my office it all just won't go to the dumpster :) Possibly we could collaborate and 'sort these OTTO's" out. I am looking forward to your reply. my e-mail is Linda

Sr Vogel edits

I processed the edit with the detailed birth/death info. I had been given the info I added in her bio by a SSND historian I work with. I'm glad you could add to it.

I declined the name edit, but only because I processed the name manually. I know M stands for Mary, but I always entered the memorial the way the name appeared on the stone. Some had Mary spelled out and some just had the M.

I've added the given name in the nick name field to be consistent with how I enter the nuns memorials. The fields aren't really set up for religious. Hope this works for you.

Sr M Bertranda Vogel

Since you had the information formatted so nicely, I copied it into her bio just as you sent it.

If she is family, I would be happy to transfer her page. I am also always willing to add information. The SSND Cemetery has been a special project of mine over the last few years.
