If you are requesting correction or transfer of a memorial, please use the EDIT tab and be sure to include your contributor #. Sure makes it easier for the changes to be made. You are already at the memorial and I don't have to go and look it up. THANK YOU!
At the prompting of my daughter about 20 years ago I started the search for our families. The search has led us to meet many family members who have opened their hearts and homes to us as we followed our journey.
My family ancestry is all in Germany and my husband's is half Norwegian and half Rusyn. We've visited cemeteries all over the country but mainly in Minnesota. I've now adopted Field Township Cemetery for several reasons but mainly because my husband's parents and immigrant grandparents are buried there and that will also be our final resting place. It's only 1/2 mile from our home, so easy to keep up with.
I've learned throughout my searching that "rooters" as we're nicknamed are all great people, willing to help each other and to help knock down brick walls.
Have you noticed incorrect dates or spellings? Please let me know because my fingers don't always hit the right keys. If anyone has additional information or would like me to transfer management, please let me know. Judy H Northern MN | |

 | Bober family genealogy Judy, Hi, Thank you for the photo of Catherine Franchiolini Bober. I am researching our family history, and am interested in Catherine and her husband Andrew Bober's ancestry. He would be the uncle to my sis-in-law's dad. Do you have any ancestry info on the Bober family? Greatly appreciate any info. Thanks, Linda Hofer scibrain99@aol.comAdded by Linda H on Jun 08, 2013 7:33 PM | | | Rena

 | RE: Memorials I haven't been at this that long. It looks like shouldn't submit for both spouses. Could it be the other volunteer probably got it done before you saw it?? Sorry I won't do that anymoreAdded by Twila on May 28, 2013 8:04 AM | | | Twila
 | RE: photos of stones Judy I have found through google search that there is a picture of each stone at the cemetery in the IRON RANGE RESEARCH CENTER Archival Collections. I don't know if it is all stones or all cemeteries. In case it helps if you are trying to find something rather than go on foot.
Thought I should pass it on to you just in case you don't already know about.

 | RE: memorials Judy thank you for being so willing to transfer to family. I'd rather request on a person by person basis as not related to all Bergmans and Hannines. Only related to some through marriage. I must say you have really done such complete work with everything. I'm very impressed and I really appreciate it. I've been working on other family memorials in other cemeteries and; your work is fabulous! Same with Terri Kallio's work! Thank you!Added by Twila on May 27, 2013 6:37 PM | | | Twila
