|Temporarily away from my desk due to my mom's illness. I will be in Arizona for the next few months. I am processing the "edits" and "emails" the best I can, but my mom is just more important right now. Please be patient. Mom just needs me more. Sue 7/31|
Bob and I have completely different interests except for computers. Many entries were made when we were new at this hobby. I am adding facts when I can to create more complete Memorial Pages like adding dates and locations when possible from the census with links to other family members. Please do not nag me or hound me with numerous pages of marriage links or maiden names that I listed as middle names. I am getting around to them. If that is all you can find that I did wrong, I did well. We are not the greatest typists. We will fix our errors with a smile.
Refresher of the Find A Grave guidelines:
1) Transfers - We transfer to relatives according to the guidelines. Immediate bloodlines: parents, grandparents, great grandparents and great great grandparents. No transfers - cousins, aunts, uncles, step-children of someone, etc.
2) Photos: Ask before you just take or use. We did the walking and picture taking, not you. Permission will not be granted for any photos we have taken for use on any other website, free or paid. Photos were taken for Find A Grave use.
Contributed facts: "Cut and Paste" with credit going to the contributor. This was much easier to do before the edit tab. Now I just hit ACCEPT and the name of the contributor is gone.

|Barbara Samans||RE: Bessie McMahon|
Hi Bob and Sue Can you give me more info regarding Bessie McMahon? I can not seem to find her. Maybe a find a grave number? I mean there are several Bessie McMahons and I am not sure which one you meant?? Thanks for your help. Once I have the exact person I will look and see what happened Thanks a bunch
|Shirley Lindenberger Hazelwood||Clarence Haas|
I just found additional information that may prove helpful on the ID of Clarence Haas. His mother, Esther J. (SMITH) Haas, is buried in the Cemetery in Monroeville, Ohio. Esther died on 03 December 1875. Casper Joseph Haas married Lorinda J. Smith in 1877 and as I told you in the previous message, they lived in Monroeville in 1880. I am almost positive that this is the same Clarence Haas. Shirley

I am trying to find out if the memorial you have on Find a Grave is the same Clarence Haas I am looking for. The person I am looking for is the son of Casper Joseph Haas & Esther/Edith Smith from Huron County, Ohio. Casper Joseph Haas had 2 wives, Esther/Edith Smith & Lorinda J. Smith. Casper had 5 known children with each wife. They did live in Monroeville, Ohio according to 1880 census records when Clarence was 13. But, Casper Haas was living in the city of Norwalk in the 1870 census when Clarence was 3. Any help would be appreciated. Shirley
|Denise Kruta||Thank you|
I sent two messages. The first was the edit with the numbers. The second was an explanation of how I'm related to John. Sorry if you didn't receive the first one
|Janis Babb||Silas Celveter Murphey|
Please check you records about his birth date. I wonder if his tombstone says 1875 not 1878. Thanks,
Janis Webb Babb

Sue, it's Candy here. I hope your mom is improving and I send my best wishes for her recovery.
|Carol Helen Brooks||Joseph Lawrence Johnson|
Thank you both for you hard work. I am the daughter-in-law of Jos. Johnson memorial #66768108 and have just created a memorial page for his son, my husband, Allen Joe 'AJ' Johnson at memorial #134184826.
I have linked AJ to his mother and father, but would also like to link his mother Mercy Mihelich memorial # 35131408 to Jos. L. Johnson. At your convenience, I request that you transfer Jos. L to me, but if that does not fit the guidelines, then the family would appreciate your doing the linking. Thank you for your time; trust all is well with you and yours.
|J. Freeman||Finally on here!|
I e-mailed you once before about Lucy Singleton. I managed to go to her grave sometime ago and found it!! I walked right by it the first time. LOL! It was hidden behind a tree. Thank you for posting again about my 2nd great granma!!
Now I just need to find out what happened to Henry Singleton.

Robert Benton Maxwell
After rechecking all my information regarding Robert Benton Maxwell I think you are correct and I have made a big mistake.
This is not my Robert Benton Maxwell. Could you please delete all reference to Lewis & Nellie (Kent) Maxwell.
I am so sorry for this mistake. Thank you for questioning me. I really goofed.
