I am working on a family free for my friend Jim Vinyard who is a direct descendant of Stephen Vinyard died 1824 Champaign County, Ohio. There appears to be much confusion online between Stephen d 1824 and the Warren County Venard/Vinyards. I am trying to track down sources to separate these families. I suspect that Stephen d 1824 was a close relative, but not the son of Francis as many trees state. I would love to know the source for Francis being 103 when he died, and would be glad to share information.

Sorry I have been a little under the weather lately. My email is firstname.lastname@example.org
I am interested in any information that relates to family history. My father was James Willard Grimes and he was from Trenton, Grundy Co. Missouri. Grandpa was James Edward and he died in 1947 or 48 in Trenton.

Just a note to let you know I have added James's obit to his page. He was 90 when he died in 1938.

Josie was my 2nd cousin 3x removed. I knew that some of my Gibson, Grimes, and Coffman ancestors came here from Virginia, Iowa, Illinois and Missouri. I live in Troutdale, Oregon

Hi! I just noticed that you left an offering on Jim's memorial in Mt. Calvary Cem. in Portland, Oregon and I was wondering if there was any specific reason why you did so. I'm only asking because he's been gone since 1939, so I thought it a bit odd to find an offering other than mine on his memorial. Are you a relative?

I will re-visit Oakdale Cemetery another time and look for Jane's memorial, I was unaware that Section 43 continues on the other side of the road. Thank you for your patience.
