Well, it all started with a tour of Hollywood in a hearse! After visiting numerous celebrity-related sites, the driver gave out maps of two Hollywood cemeteries and I was hooked! In addition to visiting celebrity graves, my real interest lies with British royalty, both dead and alive. I have photographed many members of the current royal family as well as many royal gravesites. My most unusual grave photos are the headstones of Queen Elizabeth's dogs. I was a teacher and then librarian at a high school in the Midwest for 32 years before retiring five years ago--I now work part-time at a large cemetery...the perfect job for me! Find A Grave has provided me with an excellent opportunity to share my photos with others via the internet. I have met countless people as a result, and look forward to meeting many more! | |

 | William Dyson Thank you for finding the information on William. I guess without a gravestone, there's no way to find out if his wife, Lucinda, or their children are buried with him. Are the cemetery records online or would it require a phone call to some public office~? THANKS AGAIN, Connie! | | | Terrie Wiederich
 | RE: Hale lot Bellefontaine Cemetery Connie, I noticed that you called this the Hale lot. Jane Malkin Corbett's second husband was Henry Hale (she took back her first husband's name in later years). Is there any history available on the lot like who purchased it, etc?
I've been looking for Henry Hale and haven't been locate him. Wondering if he died, or if she left him, or what... | | | Terrie Wiederich
 | RE: Hale lot Bellefontaine Cemetery Thank you, Connie. I actually found the interactive map online and have been using it to add memorials of the family members. Did you see my requests for photos? | | | Lynette Miller

 | Elizabeth/Henry Miller Photos How wonderful that among the 20,000+ graves at Bellefontaine Cemetery, you find the exact Elizabeth Miller gravestone. It's a great photo too! Does the cemetery have an index that provided a plot etc. to make your job easier? In any event, I have created a memorial for Henry Miller based on the headstone and finding the death certificate based on the death year. Would you mind uploading the same photo to Henry's memorial #111576178? If you want to get credit, I will need to wait a day or two before requesting a photo (I'm maxed out today). Thank you again. It's great! Lynette | | | | [View all messages...] |
