Bio and Links
Bio Photo A cemetery is not a place just to bury the dead. It should be a sacred place for quiet reflection, peace, tranquility, honor, and remembrance. It is a history of people and a perpetual record of yesterday.

Love begins with a smile...grows with a kiss...and ends with a teardrop....

I will not use chalk, shaving cream, or any other potentially harmful methods to enhance the inscriptions. Please do not use these on any photo requests I make, Thank You.

Although FINDAGRAVE can be very useful for genealogy, FINDAGRAVE as the name implies is a grave registration site NOT a genealogy site.

I will NOT add a link to a burial unknown memorial. This site is named Find a GRAVE for a reason. Not a difficult concept.

Please do not request to add a birth date calculated from the gravestone, unless the complete age is known or listed (y/m/d). Dates that do not agree with the gravestone will be placed in the bio section. Thank You.

hi Gary,
Are you close geographically to visit this cemetery?
Maybe doublecheck the death date for Essie on the monument?
Just a stab in the dark here,Marcialyn

Hello Gary,
Here is the memorial for Patrick Donnelly, Memorial# 96354869. You were there two years ago. Family is linked from Patrick and Catherine through to their children and In-Laws of Johnson, Gray, and John R Knapp. I have not yet found John R Knapp's parents. There are two John Knapp novel both Married a an Irene Donnelly. One German Knapp rom Hoboken and moved to Stamford. The other possibly from PA. They both exist on same year censuses. Argh.Is their a source to search for obits in Fairfield?

RE: Ruth Seymour Smith
Hi Gary

My greatgrandmother was Anna Sarepta Boughton 1825-1897. She married Elbridge Gerry Webb. My father, her grandson, was named Leroy Boughton Webb. Anna's Boughton ancestors were David 1795, David 1757, Matthew 1735, Eleazer 1700, John 1659, John 1636 and John 1610. Love this stuff. If I can ever be of help, please let me know. I'm in Kansas City so not too available to do New England cemeteries.

Thanks for responding. I had also advised the other memorial just in case.

ps: My father d. 1940 so I never got to know him. His middle name was Boughton--LeRoy Boughton Webb. I've been trying to clean up my Boughton side of the tree and really appreciate the job you do.
