I live in central Texas with two dogs and five cats. |
I have a special interest at Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery as that is where my husband, Danny Loyd Coffell, is buried. He is the only one I'm related to at that cemetery. I'd be happy to transfer any other memorial there, that I manage, to family or friend.
I am a direct descendant of John and Betty More and a member of the John More Association (JMA). I am JMA#4262611 and I am assisting the JMA genealogist in finding, or creating, memorials for deceased cousins of the JMA and have them tagged in the John More Association virtual cemetery. I send edit suggestions to established memorials and sometimes ask for a transfer of management to add new information. I am grateful for the many generous and kind gravers I have been in contact with.
There are many dedicated memorial creators in my area so I focus my attention on photographing grave markers. I'm not a professional photographer by any definition. I get the best photo I can under the circumstances at any given time that I might be out graving. If you'd like additional photos/views/angles, simply email me (address below) and I'll get them for you. While credit is nice, any photograph that I post to a memorial may be used without my express permission.

I have pictures of Marion and Howard Knowles grave in Mt.Hebron Cemetery. This is a very desirable location directly inside the main gate of the cemetery. In addition to Marion and Howard, the following Knowles family are also buried here.
Clara Knowles 1871-1935
Arthur Knowles 1869-1951
Raymond Hicks Knowles 1897-1961
Carolyn Manly Knowles 1893-1978
Elinor T. Knowles 1911-1979
Alan C. Knowles 1908-1997
If you have any interest in these names, I will be glad to add the pictures after you add the memorials.

Cindy, I don't have any other information on burial or cremation for him. Too bad it doesn't state that in the obit. There is a cemetery by the church where his memorial service was held, but the obit doesn't say he is buried there. Also, his parents are in Frisby cemetery, so that's another possibility, if he was cremated and his ashes buried. Kay

I just wanted to let you know that my claim has expired but I will be trying to go this weekend. 2 days after I claimed the request, we were hit with snow and sub-zero temps and dangerous wind chills since New Year's so I have not been able to go out and take care of the request. We are due for a "heat wave" into the 30s this weekend and I will be attempting to go and photograph the marker for you. This type of cemetery are nooks in a stone wall where they put the cremations in and close it up with a plaque so there should be no snow covering the plaque for you.
