I will be more than happy to transfer management of or donate in entirety many if not most, of my memorials to most kin, or close friend, of the deceased to manage. Cousins and close family friends welcome.

High volume, high numbers, contributors will understandably will be iffy and cause more concern to the loose rules for obvious reasons.

This should work on the fundamental long lost honor system so please no one abuse the offer for the sake of the good family of deceased folks. Or their friends.
