I do not remember how I knew he was buried in the Indiana Soldiers Home Cemetery.

His wife Margaret Talkington Black was the daughter of Robert Talkington, a survivor of the famous Sultana steam ship.

I have a lot of material on Robert and will search my records just as soon as I get settled in my berm home in Stillwater, OK. This may take me several weeks.

If you need any help please let me know! My five kids and I would be happy to look and take pictures. I asked Louann to let you know also!

Thanks for doing that!
