Bio Photo I am a US Navy SKC(SW) retired and doing this just because I like to. I have received help with my genealogy research from several people and will do the same in return, if I can. If you need any help at all in the Greater Vancouver WA area, just ask.

Please look at the memorial. I did add your information to the bio. section of the memorial.
To keep the cemetery/tombstone records accurate, I generally do not change the dates on the date section. In the past I have had too many people sending me estimated dates that others say are incorrect. So now Instead of telling people "no", I generally add it the bio section and let viewers decide whether they want to accept it or not. Which is what I did with your suggestion.

I have no information that would lead me to believe your info isn't accurate, but no way of checking it either. That being said....It is in the bio section of the memorial.

RE: Wm and Sarah Stanley photos
You are welcome. I am glad that I could help. I would like to take a better picture of William's stone, but it was too cold today. I will probably have to wait until spring.

RE: Mary Chandler Dickson memorial # 110782348
Sorry Doug,

My father passed away a few years ago asked me to continue with the family genealogy that he was working on. My family has been in Washington, Oregon & Idaho for well over a 100 years and most of my memorials are family members. I moved in the last year or so and much of my family documents are still in boxes in the garage, which I haven't been able to get to because of my work schedule. Some of my information is based on family bibles or diaries, documents, some is based on research that my dad, grandmother, distance cousins and my self have work on over the years. I hesitate to change names, dates, death and birth or burial locations until I can get to my boxes of family history. I realize that a number of people find stuff on Washington State digital archives and other state or local websites or genealogy websites like ancestry, but not all that information is correct sometimes families better intel then what the state does. Where did you get the photos of my great, great, great grandparents John Chandler Find A Grave Memorial# 48689637 and Elizabeth Chander Find A Grave Memorial# 48689608 from just wondering, I have never seen any photo of them before. I too was in the Supply Dept in the Navy, MS2, just did my 8 years and got out.

RE: Richardson Cousins
hi Doug,
Great to hear from you, most of my info is post George. My line is George, John Griffin, Elijah, Gilbert Richardson]

I have a letter from Mildred [wife of Gilbert]Richardson stating the Richardsons came to Virginia, on a land grant from the King of England, in 1636. The families branched out from there to Missouri and Illinois. From Illinois the majority of the Richardsons traveled in "pioneer expeditions of oxteams and prairie schooners through what is now Spokane when there was nothing there but afew Indians and went on to settle in Oregon."

Elijah and his bros. Obediah travled west in 1849 returning to escort other family mbrs in 1851. George's wife Sara Griffin Richardson followed in 1852 w/ daughters Sara and Mary Jane.

There is a Thomas Richardson [1743 Pa] married 1760/1 to Hannah Robinette w/ son George [+Edward, James] but I have NOT confirmed he is our George's father.

If you find anything, I too, would love to know more.
