Bio Photo Retired US Army Judge Advocate and Civil Affairs operator.

My list of Battle Buddies is a special virtual cemetery. It contains fellow soldier memorials who were killed in action or later died as a result of their wounds. I was privileged to have served with 6 of them. (If you read between the lines you will learn the stories of the other 2 who have a "family" connection to me.) Three other soldiers were fellow unit members and 6 of them were fellow Judge Advocate General Corps members. And 3 memorials are for civilians who were from units I was associated with. My memorials and sponsorships to all these servicemembers is my small effort to honor them.

I worked (part-time) at California Southern Law School in Riverside, California hence my "home page" is the business.

And here is the story about the memorials that I added to the United Nations Cemetery in Busan, South Korea. When I was an enlisted medic, I was stationed in Busan. My sight-seeing of the city brought me to the cemetery. Nearly 35 years later I am happy to add names to this cemetery. The smaller countries are completed. (Larger countries like Canada and Turkey must wait for now.) Do you yes, YOU have a connection to those soldiers, sailors, airmen who died in the Korean War? Please let me know and I will gladly transfer management of those soldiers to you.

I've sent a note on the original posting, which includes a bio, but no grave location; and asked for an update to the proper cemetery. Once advised, I will post a picture and delete my duplicate.

I saw you had added the death location for Ernest Debbs memorial and looked at your page. Thought you might be interested in what we did today for an African American Civil War soldier

Patton State
Thank you for the recent addition of the Patton State Hospital Monument to those family members who we have not forgotten. And many thanks to the CA Memorial Project for the long hours of making all these monuments and moments of silence possible.

Now, is there ANYONE who can tell me who might assist in finding out if a family member died on site, or was actually discharged?

Again Stevan...I thank you from my heart.
