I have been interested in genealogy for many years, and love the ability of being able to preserve the monuments of those who came before us via Find-A-Grave. In my spare time I enjoy visting cemeteries in my local area of southern Illinois and also Perry Co. Missouri, and I try to photograph the entire cemetery and add the info to Find-A-Grave. I may not have the photos attached yet, but if I have added the memorial I probably have the picture also, so just request the photo and I will gladly add it. I try to get the memorials created first and add the photos later as time allows. I will also gladly update links and make corrections.

You're welcome Diane. If you would like to maintain Lester Beckman's memorial, I can transfer it to you.

Best wishes,

Ernest Engert
Diane: sorry I meant to say Pauline Engert is buried in section 7 lot 47 grave 7 so I assumed he was buried next to her. Actually he is not on the list of burials at Fairmount but I couldn't find him in any other cemetery and his death certificate states he was buried at Fairmount. Hope the picture is o.k.

Ernest Engert - Fairmount
Went up to Fairmount today to see if I had missed his grave but there is no marker there. He is buried in section 7 lot 47 grave 7. Sorry. Ruth

RE: Stueve
Diane,
I can also report that there is no marker on Rudolph Stueve's grave. He and Elizabeth are buried in two different lots, but their grave spaces are adjacent to each other. He is buried in Section 3 Lot 328 Grave 6 and she in interred in Section 3 Lot 345 Grave 4. I am not sure of their orientation in the grave, but their grave spaces touch on the ends.

Pauline Nebel
Diane: Today I found graves for Robert Nebel and Julius Nebel at Cape County Memorial Park Cemetery here in Cape. But no grave for Pauline Nebel (1888-1968). She was not listed on the records for burials over at the Archives either. She was listed as Robert's sister-in-law on the funeral records (informant) I thought her grave would be beside these two but it was not? They are buried in section 7 lot 11 (very close to the entrance on the left as you come in). What do you think we should do from here? Ruth
