I agree with your theory. Unfortunately it seems to hasten the deterioration of the older stones too.

Done and thank you very much!
Thank you for taking the time to post photos for these memorials. I appreciate your time and efforts. I take it you live close to this cemetery? I am still looking to see if others are buried there however have been to Chicago and know how difficult it is to obtain information in the office. I had to go home and send in a check and wait for my inquiries which was very frustrating. Do you have better luck in the office? Are you able to locate the possibility of someone there?

Thank you for the additional photos! That certainly is a unique arrangement of graves and markers. The oldest marker, for Sr. Irena, is nearly 100 years old and still legible. That's amazing.

Thank you very much for finding this Grave and taking a photo for me
I will send a photo request for the following

2. George G. McDevitt, 1930 - 1982

Thanks, Ace! Theodore & Josepha were her parents, and Peter was her brother. The other 2 Boebel nuns died decades later and apparently are buried in Section U of the same cemetery. Maybe that's where other nuns and priests are buried. I like to see families linked, so thank you for tipping me off on the graves of the other family members.
