My husband and I are avid geocachers, and have gotten in the habit of photographing cemeteries while on our frequent road trips throughout the Midwest. We try to fulfill as many photo requests as we can, or will simply snap a few shots of interesting headstones. Many of the memorials we have created were the result of photographing random stones and finding that they were not already listed on Find A Grave. If any of these memorials are relatives of yours that you would like to manage, we will be happy to transfer ownership to you. Just ask!|

Hey, Denmother -- thanks so much for the photo of my ancestor Hannah's tombstone at Fairview Cemetery, Junction City, KS. Had no idea if there even WAS a stone so what a good surprise. I appreciate your kindness. Merry Christmas.

I would like to take over the gravesite memorial for Stephen R. Phillips. I was his wife. My name is Mary T. Phillips.
|Pat LaCroix||Albert J. LaCroix FAG # 167774814|
I believe that the memorial for this Albert, is the same Albert who was the son of Louis J. and Theresa Ann (Schaefer) LaCroix. From family info, their son Albert was born about 1906 and died in about 1908. Louis and Theresa are both buried in Saint Edwards Cemetery, so probably they buried their infant son there also. Can you please send me a copy of the gravestone so I can try to look at it more closely to see if I can decipher any more info from it?

I will note your spelling differences but cemetery has listed as I have memorial listed but always different views.
