Heaven's Grocery Store

I was walking down life's highway a long time ago,
One day I saw a sign that read "Heaven's Grocery Store."
As I got a little loser, the door came open wide.
And when I came to myself, I was standing there inside.

I saw a host of angels, they were standing everywhere.
One handed me a basket and said, "My child shop with care."
Everything a Christian needed was in that grocery store,
And all you couldn't carry, you could come back for more.

First, I got some patience, love was in the same row,
Further down was understanding, you need that wherever you go.
I got a box or two of wisdom and a bag or two of faith,
I just couldn't miss the Holy Ghost, for it was all over the place.

I stopped to get some strength and courage, to help me run the race.
By then my basket was getting full, but I remembered I needed some grace.
I didn't forget salvation, for salvation, that was free.
So I tried to get enough of that to save both you and me.
Then I started up to the counter to pay my grocery bill,
For I thought i had everthing to do my Master's will.

As I went up the aisle, I saw prayer and I just had to put that in.
For I knew when I stepped outside, I would run right into sin.
Peace and joy were all plentiful, they were on the last shelf,
Song and praises were hanging near, so I just helped myself.

Then I said to the angel, "Now how much do I owe?"
He just smiled and said, "Just take them everywhere you go."
Again, I smiled at him and said, "How much do I owe?"
He smiled again and said, "My child, Jesus paid your bill a long time ago."

RE: Minnie Mielke Allen
Looks like your changes did not stick, can you try again (add Minnie M Mielke Allen
#93995552 to Irwin D Allen #93995803 as second spouse)?

Minnie Mielke Allen
Minnie was the second wife of Irwin; her sister Nellie was Irwin's first wife. I'll make those links. Thanks for the edit and my apologies.

RE: Immanuel - Hutchinson - photos
I wanted to so badly clean off every single stone and document every single person. It's so sad when lawn mowers and caretakers let grass fill in the stones to be covered and forgotten. I usually would too, but there was too many people around and it started to rain. Let me know if there is anybody else I can look for!

Now that I know the background, I have deleted the Acoma cemetary entry. Thank you for straightening this out! Barb

Augusta Ernestine Prieve
I have worked on your request for over 2 hours. Since I don't live in McLeon Co., I have to rely on what another relative told me. It looks like you typed up Augusta obit. It says in the first third of the obit that she was buried in Acoma Cemetary.
I noticed that while looking around that: Acoma Cemetery was aka (Immanuel Ev. Lutheran Cemetery), Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery (Acoma Twp). I looked at the map and saw that the cemetaries are close, but I'm going to have to go with the original info. If you can take pics of Augusta's and Frederick's headstones, along with a better pic of the name of the cemetary, then I will change it. Sorry!
Thanks for pointing this out. Barb
