|I have no relation to most of the memorials I manage.|
Make sure to submit all corrections using the Edit tab. If you are a family member, I will typically transfer the memorial to you. You know more about the individual then I do. I just ask that if someone who is even closer to that individual reaches out to you, pay it forward and transfer the memorial to them!
Also, this site wouldn't be what it is without all of the excellent photo volunteers. Thank you, Thank you! As a reminder to photo volunteers, if you go to the cemetery to fulfill a request, try to look for any stones that have the same surname near the one you are photographing. Take pictures and upload those too! If they do not have a memorial already created, create one, and upload the picture. That may always help in someone's quest to find where family members are buried.

|Will Motsinger||Kirk Memorials|
I have transferred the Kirk memorials to you. I am glad you were able to explain the notation I had on Mary's memorial about John. The confusion here resulted from Mary & John being buried side by side, As far as John being a War of 1812 veteran, I probably got that from the Clinton County burial records, which, as you can see are not always very accurate. Anyhow I am sure the memorials are in more the more capable hands of a family member & hope to see the correct information added...
|Mike Smith||Bennett Grave Markers|
With the snow here, it'll be hard to get out to get these.
However, see http://www.rootsweb.ancestry.com/~ohwarren/Cemetery/landaker/index.htm
The Bennett markers are definitely there and in what looks to be good condition...
I will get out there when the weather improves...
|P Syx Hemmer||RE: Inez and Lawrence Halter|
Hmmmmm - interesting. I have not come across a Gary Halter before. In fact I did not know about Ecil before you brought her to my attention. I will keep an eye out though. I just did a search on FamilySearch.ORG and found nothing so far. I'll keep looking..... thanks soooo much for the information. REALLY APPRECIATE IT a BUNCH!!!!!
|Nathan Simmons||Raymond T. Proffitt Jr.|
The lobby computer kiosk has his name but advises to contact the office for more details. Please call Mountain View Memorial at Phone: (626) 794-7133. Once you have the location, I can take the photograph.
|William Wheeler||Parker, Minerva|
Irving cemetery Barry, MI Minerva is a 2nd great grandmother, Is the source of the information the cemetery record? Her age has been a question and the 70 recorded at death would be a help. You also have her complete death date, thanks. I have never been able to locate a marker does that reconcile with your data? William Wheeler
|kelly smock||Jacoby, mary and david|
I was able to take a photo of Marys' headstone but it is broken in half, worn and sunken into the ground (see photo ). I did not get a photo for David at this time. The other stones around hers are very worn, faded and tough to read. I'll try to stop at the cemetery office to confirm the correct stone. Do you want a picture if it is nearly impossible to read? I have no problem taking one for you.
|D. Elkin||George Wareham|
I found the base your described. I took pictures of it. If you email me I will send them to you so you can see them and decide if you want me to post them on his memorial. Dan

|Linda Perdue||RE: Maurice Perdue photo request|
Hi Thanks so much, I'm sharing the information with my cousin as well. As far as I know most of the boys (Harry, Maurice, Maxwell) didn't leave much in terms of family behind but I'll double check the obits to see if I can find any other possible relatives in this cemetery.
If you have the ability, can you give me some idea where they are so when I return to the area I can find them and visit? (or would I be better to find the office and ask them).
|MFC||RE: Rosanna Luttman|
I did go out to County Line today despite the cold and rain. The name is spelled ZONGKER on the monuments. I took pictures, but may wait to see if the sun comes out in the next day or so and go back for better shots. Some of the stones really need some brushing, and I need to take some rubbings in order to read some others. This is what I especially enjoy doing; so I am glad to help.
