I have been working on our family trees sence 1975. I use to take my Mom with me to the old cemeteries and she'd tell me the old family stories of the ones that were here before Indiana & Michigan were states. I've been blessed to hear those stories all my life.|
I have been scolded (by another member) for posting headstones that do not have death dates on them, meaning there is the possibility of that person still being alive. I do this so those who are searching have the opportunity to contact the person and getting information from them instead of just staring at a marker. I am not giving out personal information. I only post what is engraved on the marker. We all seem to have our own way of doing things. No ones better then another.
I will make correction as soon as I can. If I don't get back to you quickly please forgive me. Carol
This site is important to Carol, so when she's not feeling her best, I've decided to help her out. Mel

Thanks so much. These are my Great Grandparents. I appreciate you taking time to do this.

However, I am interested in where you obtained the obituary, if it's allowable for you to say so? You will notice I am not mentioned as a survivor. Unfortunately my sister and I were rarely on good terms and I had not spoken to her in about 10 years.

Carol: No, I do not wish to manage the page...only to correct the error, which you have done. Thank you. Yes, my stepfather was a truly wonderful man.
|R.C. Miller||Pamela Dunlap|
Pamela Dunlap was my half-sister.
Her birth father was not Kenneth Archer - he was her stepfather, just as he was mine. I maintain his memorial page.
Her birth father's name was Ralph Shelton.
As well, she never legally carried the name "Archer."
I am not trying to start trouble. I am just correcting errors.

Two of your memorials at Oak Ridge are the same person:
Find A Grave #22448805
'Ted' D. Nelson w/ Donna B. (wife)
Find A Grave #22448800
Dorwin E. Nelson - Military Marker
'Ted' was Dorwin Eugene Nelson, husband of Donna B. (Donna Belle) (Freeman) Nelson. I am hoping that there is some way to sort this out. Thanks for your help and for your contributions to Find A Grave!
|Barbara (MANLEY) Hernden||Rhea Blackmore Stephenson Laskey|
This is a duplicate of memorial I created in 2006.
Rhea was the sister of my grandfather - wondering if you are related?

First let me thank you very much for filling in some empty blanks in my family tree. That said I wanted to confirm in the following postings where "WILLIAM" was capture in my father and grandfathers name. See below:
Find A Grave Memorial# 104938837 Charles John William “Chuck” Burden, Sr. 2/1/18-8/11/72
Find A Grave Memorial# 104941195 Charles John William “Chuck” Burden, Jr. 8/22/47-6/29/76
Maybe a typo? Or lost linkage?
Charles John "Chuck" Burden III
DOB: 02/03/67 Gary, IN

How may I help you in your Dimmitt research. I've got all kinds of information on them. Please let me know. Please send your email to my new address at: Scottymack37@yahoo.com. Thanks, Jack.
Thank you for sending email the additional dates along with the sources. Not everyone is so kind. I spend hours researching requested edits done via the automatic buttons in spite of my request, and often find errors that need declining or correction. Very much appreciated.
