My hobby is listing cemeteries in my area, with names, dates and kinships if I can find it. |
My family names are: Aliff, Estep [West Virginia] Little, Martin [Oklahoma].
For those who wonder who I am you can see my famiy on Find A Grave. I am the daughter of Elmer Earl Aliff and Doris Nadine Aliff.

I see conflicting info on the location of this cemetery. Is it in Rock Creek or in Peytona? Thanks!

Thank you so much! I have been looking for my Great Grandfather Wiley G. Sapp for 30 years. We always suspected he passed in Denver around 1927 to 1930. I am so happy to know that he was brought back to Whitesville WV. He was married to Lucille Celia Thompson in 1901. They had 10 children 8 where known to live. I am not sure who listed Richard Sapp as a child because I don't have any knowledge of him but I see Robert is not in the list so I wonder if that could be an error?

He's my grandfather's grandfather! My Grandfather is Martin Columbus Gardner, born Oct 26th, 1924. I've got some of the records from Kanawha County already, but I'll etch out the rest if anyone is interested in that branch. All of the graves of my branch of the family (i think there are 11, with 1 more plot on hold) are at Spring Hill Cemetery in Charleston, WV. Fun!

Thank you, Doris for continuing to consider. Sorry to take so long to reply...work & family life has been a bit hectic with medical issues.
I would be happy to either leave the photo if you'd like or remove it as I love that one of my grandparents. I do have others of my grandmother but I like that one. I also have a copy of that photo.I have others I can add, if possible.
I have done a great deal of research on the Halsteads, Meadows & Waters families. I would love to connect her to others in the family but most especially to my father.
I have little direct family and would greatly appreciate the opportunity to care for this memorial of my paternal grandmother.

I was wondering if you knew anything more about Charles and Wanda Aliff children of John D. and Lockey (Ella May)? His first wife Bessie died giving birth to premature twins and their is family history saying Lockey had a child around the same time who only lived a few months. Are Charles and Wanda the twins? My daughter is researching her father's family. He was Ira W.F. son of Ira Franklin Aliff.
Also, do you have any idea where Stollie is buried?
Have you found David the father? Husband of Cora and Lula ?? I seem to find both wives but not him . The David listed in the cemetery is listed as a child and the death date doesnt match his . He died in Maryland as Lula did ??
THis is what I have worked up on the Family group ..
