RE: Cemetery confusion
Dewayne, St. Paschal' Cemetery is a Catholic Cemetery that is located at the rear of Hasley's Cemetery. You access St. Paschal's by driving through rows and rows of Hasley's. At the "entrance" of St. Paschal's, there is a sign as you can see on Find A Grave. This is the only divider that exists. I can see that one who is walking around can run into the other cemetery without realizing it. It is unfortunate that the duplicates exist. There is a similar situation in Richland Parish, La. with Hall and Rhymes Cemetery. There is a lady who takes care of Hasley's that can verify anyone buried in Hasley's 318-325-0496. So, any that you run across that is a duplicate, please see if you can request that these be corrected. Thanks!

RE: Re: Olivia Mandin
I was wondering the same thing about the C.Alves P. DaCosta. I think they are two separate people but not 100% sure. They way it looked in person on the marker it looked like two names on the same line one next to the other and no dates. I did some looking at the state archives death index and was able to figure out the first person on the top of the marker by death and birth dates. It was an 8 month old child named Reginald if memory serves. I would think she is buried with her husband too, but I have seen many instances where the wife is buried with her parents not with her husband. I will keep looking through interment records and taking photos and maybe that will give us the answers.

Olivia Mandin
I wanted to ask you if you know if Olivia is buried with her husband or not? The side plate on the tomb as you can see from the pictures was broken and put back together. If you know for certain that she is in the same tomb, please let me know and I will add photos to her memorial as well. If you are not sure, then let me know and I will see what I can do to find her elsewhere in the cemetery.

RE: Mandin photos in Carrollton Cem

You are very welcome for the pictures and edits for your family tomb. I am currently working on the Carrollton cemetery very hard. My intention is to photograph the entire cemetery and enter all interments from the interment records on microfilm. It will take some time, but I believe it is very much worth the time and effort. Keep looking as I will be posting more photographs in the near future.

relatives in St Louis #3
Hi Dwayne,
I got your edits. If you are related to any memorial that I've made, please send me a message and I will transfer it to you. I don't always get the notices if they are sent to me thru the edits button so one of these types of notices are better.

Hi Dwayne,
I just uploaded a photo to this memorial but it may not be correct. This plot is in Sq 2 on St. de La Vierge Aisle. You might want to call the cemetery and make sure this is your relative. If it is incorrect, let me know and I will delete. They may be able to tell you who else is in here if this is the correct plot. You are welcome to use the photo for other people thast might be in this same plot. (There is no longer a marker on the grave)
