Bio and Links
Bio Photo I am an amateur "genie" researching many family lines in both my husband's and my own family.

During the summer of 2010, we re-traced the path of the wagon trains that brought our families out to Kansas, which took us through MO-IL-OH-PA. During our trip we not only visited the Historical Societies, but also many cemeteries where we cleaned or uncovered headstones, took photos, and documented the information for not only our records, but for future generations.

Please feel free to copy any photos for your family records. If you find any questionable information, please do not hesitate to contact me.

We have been working on God's Acre Moravian Cemetery in Northampton County, PA and Aux Sable Cemetery in Grundy County, IL. Both of these cemeteries were recently turned over into our care to link, add photos, and maintain as my husband is related to nearly everyone there.

My husband's family lines are: Clewell, Cryder, Clester, Donley, Dixon, Derrick, Downs, Reid

My family lines: Hitchcock, Higgins, Van Buskirk, Meek, Robinson

Happy hunting!

RE: Baby Daughter McCarty
So sorry I couldn't find her-The location in the Ringgold County Cemetery book was a blank spot-so many of those. Our Iowa winters are hard on the older stones. Thank you for your wonderful note! Barb

RE: Belle Plaine Cemetery
hi Nancy, that's good news! I'm glad you're doing all this work on Belle Plaine Cemetery. It may take me awhile to get them all done, but just keep sending the information. I'll get it done eventually. Thanks for doing this. I'm related through the Griffiths and Coopers, on my dad's side, some go back to the early days of BP. Cheers, Cathy

Thank you SO MUCH for the photos of his marker. I have waited a very long time to confirm that he was the person who fits in my family tree. Did you attempt to read the dates in person, or are they truly as worn away as your photos indicate? ~ Chris

RE: Edingfield memorials
Thanks for the kind offer to transfer, Nancy, but I'm not related at all --- just somebody who likes to see families linked. So, I'm happy to leave the memorials in your good care. -- Jay

Grindel family
We are happy to help. I will never understand why some people have thousands of memorials and refuse to transfer to them to the care of their families. Best wishes...
