Hello, I am a native of Lycoming County, Pa. My wife and I have been doing genealogy research for several years. I am particularly interested in researching the Andrews, Andreas, Hunter, Poust, and Long family names. I will gladly transfer management of a memorial to a family member. You are also welcome to use any photo that I have taken and posted here, as I feel they are now part of the public record, just please credit me as the source of the photo if it will be used for another project. | |

 | Thomas Logue photo Thank you very much for this photo. As you probably noticed, it has the wife and two children on the headstone. The wife is Ellen McCrossen Logue and daughter Ellen, and son Edward. Their is another memorial for Edward with a different headstone, but the dates match my research. (Just in case you want to add them to the other memorials or do family links) I am researching the McCoy, Stanley,Nelson, and Jordan families in Lycoming and Clearfield county, so greatly appreciate your time and research in fulfilling the photo requests. Thank you again. Terry

 | RE: John & Mary King I believe you are correct. I was using information supplied by their death certificates, assuming it was correct. It helps to know that the two cemeteries are near each other so it could just be a clerical error. So much ancestry info is inaccurate, makes it difficult to verify that I am working on the correct person. The child of JJ and MM King could very well be the child of Pvt John King as hs middle initial was J, although His wife Mary's middle name was Ann and her maiden name was Devine. I had so hoped that my long wait for the death certificates would answer my questions and find their burial locations. I wonder where Mary Devine King is actually buried? She died several years before John although his obituary says hs wife died 6months before him. Again, more conflicting info. At least I know that John's parents actually came from Germany, according to his death certificate.

 | RE: John & Mary King Well.....I have John King's death certificate that states his place of burial is Bodines, Lycoming Co on 05-25-1912. Wonder why we can't find his marker? Mary King's certificate states her place of burial as Cascade on 02-23-1907. | | | Valerie J. Bieber
 | RE: Elmer O'Connor Absolutely! Please do! And thank you for initiating the memorials. I've had the pictures for several years but hadn't created the memorials yet. Trying to catch up on things like that now. | | | Miranda

 | Ralph Patterson Hi Bud, Thanks for the picture of Ralph & Mary Patterson (Steam Valley Cemetery). Ralph is my grandfather's brother. Just wanted to let you know that the date of death on his stone which is missing, is 1981. He was 96 years old. I appreciate the time you take to post these pictures.

 | Thank You Hi Bud,
Just hopped on the computer tonight and was very surprised and happy to find that you found my G-Grandfather Corp. Daniel Wises stone.
I can't thank you enough....I am so grateful to God for you. That picture means so much to me and for years later, to have it posted on findagrave to let the world know that such a man lived on this earth is something I would have never dreamed possible.
Again, thanks so much. I will be emailing you shortly but did want to post a "thank you" on this contributor site of yours.
God's Best to You, Diane Miller | | | | [View all messages...] |
