I am researching the names-Ives, Van Valkenburg, Wright, Babcock, Brush, Conklin, Kutz. Many of these people are from the East coast, New York, Connecticut, Massachuesetts, New Jersey. The Kutz's came from Germany in 1891 by way of Baltimore, MD.|
If you think we may be distant cousins, please e-mail me, I'd love to hear from you!!
Please do not use my photos without my permission. I will gladly share if asked.

If my memory is correct there were names on all 4 sides to the Loveland memorial. One of them was unreadable, thus a new memorial was listed. I will try to go back and look again to be sure.
Thanks for the info. Kat

Glad to help. You can use the photo on Ancestry or anywhere else you like. You're fortunate that the stone was visible. Many at that cemetery are overgrown with weeds or hidden by forest.
|Bob Franklin||Vav Valkenburgh|
BTW, please feel free to use any photos. If the don't transfer well from F-A-G, I can email them.

I did not get all names, but it would be easy to do. The cemetery is only two miles down the road.

I've been working on photographing all of Plainfield Cemetery. I usually add a photo of the family plot to give people an idea of who all is buried there. Many people like to see that. For example, I included a photo of both Murray Sr. and Margaret Severns. However, I am happy to remove the photo since you do not want it there.
If you find other photos that you do not want, simply let me know. Please include the memorial number to make sure I find the correct memorial.
|Sally Scheer||Gilman G Goodwin|
Might as well get a NEW picture of this grave too. My first message indicated the name was Goodman, but it's Goodwin.
HE is the Civil War Veteran, not my Great Grandfather Potter, as noted in my first message.
I'll submit a NEW photo request from the memorial to make it easier for you to submit the new picture.
|Sally Scheer||William F Potter in Hudson Cemetery|
Could you please take a NEW picture of this grave for me? I noticed on the original picture that there was a GAR Star on the grave. He would have been much too young to be in the Civil War and was not listed in any of the records as having been in that war. I contacted the American Legion Post to see if they could figure out what grave the star belonged to. They have done so and moved the star to Gilman G Goodman where it belongs. I'd like the record for my great grandfather to be correct on findagrave.com Please help.
I'll submit a new photo request too so it is as easy as possible to have all the information in one place.

Vicki, it is ok to use the photo with credit to findagrave and my i.d. number 47410155. Take note that I am still in the process of entering all the burials in this plot. The best I can tell, they are all related. Search Greenwood for the additional Van Valkenburgs, Jim.
