When I first started to use this site I was looking for ancestors. When I did not find one and had enough information to enter for a memorial I did so. Now when looking I have been adding memorials for any name that comes up in searching for family that is not on the site. If you wish to have me transfer management because you have additional information to add for one of your ancestors, just ask and it will be transferred. In searching for my ancestors I have become closer to them by finding out more about them. It is a wonderful experience. Wishing for you Happy Searching.

Find A Grave now has three listings. one for Schoolcraft, one for Schoolcraft Township in Vicksburg and one for Schoolcraft Township in Schoolcraft. Since the sign at the cemetery in Schoolcraft reads Schoolcraft Township Cemetery there really shouldn't be a cemetery listing that just gives the name Schoolcraft. Somebody really messed things up. Now there are hundreds of people listed in Schoolcraft Township Cemetery in Vicksburg who are actually buried in Schoolcraft Township Cemetery in Schoolcraft.

I added the photos of the Civil War Memorial. By the way, I forgot to tell you that I am one of the "Sisters Three" who provided the photo of Richard gravestone. That's why I recognized his name when I saw it on the cannon.

Linnea, did you know that Richard's name is engraved on one of the cannons in front of the Civil War Memorial located on the grounds of the Mason County Courthouse in Havana? I grew up in Havana and can't begin to tell you how many times I have looked at that memorial without realizing there were names listed...until just a few months ago. If you would like copies of my photos, contact me and I will be happy to share.

I see that you are the contributor for Elisha Biggs Beidleman's grave. I know that his parents, Johann George (George) Bidleman and Hannah (Deemer) Beidleman are in the Rosemont Cemetery, though I don't know if it is the "old" or "new" one. I was wondering if you have found their graves and/or if there is any information on them. I have some Beidleman information, but I have never been able to find information on Hannah. I would love to one day find her parents and family. Any help or leads would be greatly appreciated! THANK YOU!

RE: John Beidelman Memorial
This book lists everyone that is buried in this Cemetery. I will check at the library in the local section and see if I can find something about local veterans. I just might even find out who he was married to and if he had any children. They even have local phone books and city directories. If I can't find something in there, I can also go to the VFW and see if they just might have something on him. I can't check this book out but I can make copies of the pages. I just might be able to find where his wife (if he had one) is buried at.

RE: John Beidelman Memorial
I found his name in a book in our local library and saw that he wasn't posted on here, so I wanted his family to know that he hasn't been forgotten. I'm glad that it helped you out a lot. It makes me happy to be able to help others with their research. If there's anyone elce that you have a problem with, let me know and I will see what I can find out for you

RE: Gertrude Clark Memorial No. 47370337
I found Gertrude. She is on Bessie,Charles and Ella's stone. There isn't a death date on the stone, which is why the cemetery has no record of her as she isn't buried there

RE: Gertrude Clark Memorial No. 47370337
As the cemetery has no record of her burial in their cemetery the best I can do is go to the other Clarks and see if she is buried with them. Forest Hill records go by the burial or death date. Clark is a common name so if you can supply death dates that would help them greatly
