I'm a retired Mail Carrier, having served that occupation in Houston, Tx..Enjoy doing genealogy research and discovering more about how and where my ancestors lived. Photographing cemeteries and uploading to findagrave is my new adventure and I know it means a lot to those survivors who discover what I and others are doing in that respect.|

Thank you again for both Chester & his wife Ereldyne's grave marker photographs. I need to confirm that she is actually buried there. From the photograph I see her death date was not added. I need to do some digging. This is another reason to actually see the headstone.

You must have been up and out early taking photographs. Guess you want to beat the heat. But, seriously, thank you for taking the time to photograph Chester's headstone.

I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for adding pictures of my brothers grave (Shannon Stone) in Brownwood to this site. I stumbled across this site and the photos that you took by accident, but was very humbled by your photos. Thank you for your time. God Bless!

Thank you for looking for the marker for me. If you give me the plot information I will update it for her.
Thank you so much for your time and efforts.
You do a great job for us that do not live close.
|Patti Mauldin||Irvin Cheatham|
James A Cheatham the Ranger married when he was 40 to a 16 year old girl. The had 13 children who lived to be adults. Irvin Cheatham was the baby. We have photos of them. We also have photos of a lot of them were babies and some were grown and she was pregnant standing on the porch with all of them. James A - the ranger - put all but 2 or 3 thru college also. Roy (my husband) spent a lot of time with the Cheathams. Emily - Irvins sister was Roy's grandmother. Irvin was a teacher. He taught last in Monahans I think.
Ed, I posted pictures on Sam Bunin's memorial. Good to read the obituary notice. Now I want to know more.

Ed, Thanks for all the work on posting the information. Do you know of any family of Leonard and Minnie Wilkerson. I am connected on Minnie Caldwell Wilkerson's family. I would love to contact someone in this family.

The next time you are at Greenleaf would you mind checking if John W Derrick (1855 - 1917) is buried there? His findagrave memorial number is 63604552. I know it's a big cemetery and it may be impossible to find him - so please don't make it troublesome for you. His death certificate just indicates he was buried in Brownwood. Since his son Karl is buried there perhaps he is as well. Thanks again.

I so appreciate the excellent photo of Robbie's gravestone. I can't believe you responded so quickly. Findagrave is absolutely my favorite site. We get great photos and correspond with great people. Thanks so much.
