Bio Photo Hello...I'm back after a short recess from Find A Grave. I apologize to those of you waiting on replies from me regarding memorials. I assure you I am working to catch up daily.

My family names consist of Fry(e) McIntyre Hammer Shively (Sheibler) Procyk Hartzell all on Fathers side AND Hixson Stape Schmucker Rumbaugh Hile (Heyl Heil Hyle) Kley on Mothers side...to name a few. I am from the Western PA, Westmoreland Cty. area originally.

Please note that I do not transfer family names, but would be happy to add info for you.

How did you determine that Hettie Harkins b 1823 d Oct 1882 was buried in this cemetery ? She would be my great-great grandmother and married to a Charles R Harkins b 1823 d aft 1898, I realize that he could not have been buried there.

RE: Ballew
Thank you for your response.

Wayne Walter Ballew was born on 16 Nov 1918 in Armbrust, PA. He died in Feb 1982, in Westmoreland County. I am been unable to nail anything more specific about his death at this time.

Hope this helps...

Jacob Hartzell 89119314
So many Jacob Hartzells! If this is MY Jacob, his wife's name was Mary (aka Maria Magdelena Kleinhans) and the date of his death was probably 1819. I wonder how you identified this Jacob's wife as Anne? Is there a stone for her? This has been a brick wall for me for a very long time. All the Hartzells seem to be there except my Jacob 1770-1819 and his wife Mary, who died after 1850. His brother John married Mary's sister, Dorothy and they are both in that Hartzell Cemetery. You do such good deeds for folks like me who can't travel that far. I live in NJ. Many thanks, Margaret

RE: Andrew Dubiel
Kim - thanks - this is not the first time this has been found - you are correct - usually first stone with original spouse, then things change - another marriage and depending on how long it lasts very often they are buried next to second spouse. Sometime they have one also just for a memorial (this is usually for a veteran who died in another place).. Always surprised but who would have known!

Good Morning, We were wondering if you would allow us to use your pictures in our tree? Elizabeth Zimmerman Baker is my husband's 4th G Grandmother and the picture is priceless to us. Please know that we always cite both the photographer and Find A Grave for any pictures we don't personally take. It's our way of saying THANKS. And Thank You for considering our request. S

Andrew Whiteleather # 34210916
Hello-
I have been adding the Whiteleather family to cemeteries in IN and OH. I have noticed quite a few Whiteleather members you only have unk unk as their dates/data.
I do not want to add duplicates so could you at least say who parents are or what era they were alive so I can avoid duplicating?

There are several Andrew's and many David's for IN and OH so it helps avoid confusion on which branch they are from.

Thank you for your time-

Samuel Wharton Hartzell Cemetary
Kim-

I have been out at the cemetary for two days looking for Samuel. I found what I think is his grave and his wife's. His stone evidently was worn and replaced with a stone reading Samuel Whario and is situated right next to his wife's original headstone. My email is ktwhskr@gmail.com. Email me and I can send you the pics. I didn't claim them as I was unsure if you wanted them on his memorial or not.
