Runyan Cemetery Photos
Hi Michelle,
I just wanted you to know that I'm still researching the Runyons! While doing so, I saw that several family trees on had used your photos from the Runyan Cemetery. The initial one who posted was "burgesslov, who originally shared this to the COOKUS FAMILY TREE".

The fact that they didn't give you credit really bothered me, so I dropped a note to them stating that "both cemetery photos were from the Runyan Cemetery on Find-A-Grave; the owner of the photo is Michele Turick Hand; she posted the photos on 9/17/2007". I asked them to please give you credit for your photos.

You can tell me to mind my own business, but I thought it only fair that since you took the photos that you get the credit. If you want me to remove the note from their messages, I will!

Vincent (Rongnion) Runyon
Hi Michele,
I just had a thought...would you be so kind as to go to that headstone picture for Vincent and add a caption under the photo indicating that the stones are broken and illegible and are only in an approximate location? At your convenience of course!

Vincent (Rongnion) Runyon
Hi Michele,
Thanks for getting back to me. I will remind the family that the stone is broken and illegible. My taking a closer shot of an unidentifiable stone makes no sense!

Thanks for your time!I appreciate it!

Vincent (Rongnion) Runyon
Good Morning, Michele!
I have volunteered to fulfill a photo request for Vincent (Rongnion) Runyon in the Runyan Family Cemetery, Piscataway, NJ. (memorial# 7571013).

When I went to the memorial page, I saw that you have a photo posted there already, which I pointed out to the family. The request then came for a closer picture.

Before I attempt to take a closer shot of the stone, I'd like to make sure (for myself) that the stone really belongs to Vincent. Could you please tell me how that stone was identified as being Vincent's?

I'm in a quandry! Thanks!

PS re Marlboro
It is not a potters field, it is a State Hospital Cemetery. No general burials, just patients and staff from the hospital.

Vincent Runyon #7571013
Hello Michelle,
I am a descendant of the Runyon family and I was wondering if it's okay for me to use the photos you took in Runyon Cemetery for my personal family tree?
Thank you!
