I started this adventure when I couldn't get much information from my family cemetery on my family plot, and what they had was on 3x5 cards?! I have completely photographed all headstones in Egg Harbor City Cemetery, set up a spreadsheet and have posted it to my site (see below). You can quickly find your families information and FaG link there.|
I attempt to link family members, but if I have an incorrect link or wrong last/maiden name, please let me know!
If you come across a posting of a person, that you know is still with us, PLEASE let me know if you want it removed!
CORRECTIONS: Did you spot an error? Did you add a headstone photo that contains information I should add/correct in the memorial? Please let me know! Use the Edit tab on the memorial page and use the links to enter your corrections. I will gladly make corrections or add missing information and links to other memorials.
TRANSFERS: Please use the Edit tab on the memorial page and click the 'Suggest any other correction or addition' link to request a transfer. Your Find A Grave ID and the ID of the memorial will be in the email I receive. Both IDs are needed to complete the transfer. I will gladly transfer memorials in keeping with Find A Grave guidelines (if a direct relative to you within four generations, i.e., your siblings, parents, grandparents, great-grandparents, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren). Please mention your relationship in the request.
I welcome any help in this endeavor!

May I send you more information to be added to the Guilfords?
|darafamily||Willie G. Guilford|
I did not realize you had already added him to the Egg Harbor, NJ Cemetery. Would you be interested in adding my note to your record and I taking my addition down. I believe this is the same person.
|darafamily||Guilfords of Egg Harbor, NJ|
Could the descendants of Hezekiah Guilford of Egg Harbor be the Guilford's from Troy, Pike, Alabama? I have been looking for Hezekiah and his brother Ezekiel. I seem to have traced them to this area, can you provide confirmation?
|Family Searcher||Hi Shipmate|
Petty Officer Kolb,
Thank you for your service and for what your doing here on F A G.
A fellow shipmate.
|Karen Freilino||Florence Kunkle Dice|
I got the maiden name Kunkle from 2 sources: 1. Marriage license of Florence and John Dice (Oct. 30, 1906), and 2. Death record of their daughter, Willamina Dice (Apr. 8, 1921).

Dear Mr. Kolb,
On behalf of my late mother and myself, thank you so very much. You have made me so very happy. God bless you sir.
|Barbara Russo||106991619 Marie Falgiatore|
Dear Mr. Kolb,
I am the daughter of Marie Falgiatore's best friend. Marie and my mother were together most of my life. Marie died in a fire and I have lost touch with her sons. I have a memorial to her of Find A Grave # 96801743 if you look at that memorial you will see two women enjoying a conversation.
Marie is the dark haired beauty and she was beautiful and we loved her. Please could you transfer her picture of her grave to my memorial and take you memorial down. It would mean the world to me to have it. Thank you in advance,

Dear Dennis: I just stumbled upon your work tonight and I want to tell you how much I admire ALL of the HARD WORK you have done by entering so many of the dearly departed into your spreadsheets! You are truly an inspiration. WELL DONE, Sir, WELL DONE! Kind regards, Bridey Light, Humboldt County, California
|Fay Carmichael||Watson & Thomson at Union|
Thank you so much for all the work you have done - unbelievably helpful!
1. Is it permissible to add your photos to our Ancestry tree?
2. If there is no photo at Union, does that mean there was no stone? Rachel Thomson Watson #112400434 and her husband James Stirling Watson Sr #85194706 (who is not listed at Union with his wife).
3. Do you know what cemetery near Trenton would have been used during the 1860s? Several members of Rachel's THOMSON family died then but I can't find listings.
