|Edward Deacy||C August Beringer|
This individual, Charles August Beringer is my wife's Grandfather, and his date of birth is 23rd July, 1888. His wife, Florence (nee Van Schoick) Beringer is buried in Old Tennent Cemetery. His daughter, Cornelia (nee Beringer) Morris is my wife's (Jane Deacy) mother.
If possible please add his date of birth to the Memorial #29248321, and if at all possible could you take a picture of his headstone (Mount Prospect Cemetery, plot# 334)
|Edward Deacy||C. August Beringer|
Hi. I am married to the granddaughter of C. (Charles) August Beringer. My wife's mother was his daughter, Cornelia Mae Beringer, who married James Morris in Brooklyn, NY. I married her daughter, Jane Ellen Morris.
Thank you for the work & posting of all of the information. I also think that the Theodore Beringers listed are also my wife's family. If is is at all possible to get photos of the headstones, we would be most appreciative.
Ed Deacy, Breezy Point, NY.

I was wondering if you were a relative of John L. Thomas ?
|Michael Orr||Daniel Buxton 17245447|
I have sent a proposed edit changing the middle initial of Daniel from B to D. I have uploaded a photo of the headstone I found in plot 92, while I was searching for my wife's great-great grandparents in an adjacent plot. I also used myheritage.com to search for Daniel Buxton, in order to determine the name of his son (Joseph H) who's broken headstone was found nearby. My search led to the 1870 census in Matawan and the 1880 census in Neptune, both which identify him as Daniel D, and which confirm Charlotte A as wife. I just wanted to explain the sources I used to verify the middle initial change. >michael
|Michael wolcott||RE: Thank you!|
I am not working now - the last time I worked was in February 2009 and I have had a chance to calm down - I very vaguely remember but not clearly enough so I am sorry if I snapped at you - many things may have been going on at the time and I may have snapped unintentionally at you - at one time my life was VERY stressful and I was going through a number of things - I have calmed down considerably since then
I hope you can forgive me and not feel the need to tip toe around me
|Michael wolcott||Thank you!|
I did not know nor realize it until recently but you took pictures in the Mount Prospect Cemetery and posted some of those to pages I had inputted -
thank you - that is a great help
|Pete Miles||James Harvey Carpenter|
I am a descendant of James Carpenter, he was my mother's grand father. She is 95 and remembers him and also Melissa as she nursed her dad in 1946 after he had a stroke.
May I please use the tomb stone photo in my family tree?
|Gwen and Bob||Photo permission|
I am in the process of working through my family tree on ancestry.com, and I find that I have used some of your photos from Find a Grave on my tree. I want to be sure that you have no objections to their use in this way. If you prefer, I can remove them; otherwise, I will try to be sure that they are attributed to you. Thanks for your consideration. Gwen
Thanks for the nice photo of Jud's marker.
