Bio and Links
Bio Photo I just wanted to say something here. A lot of people on this site believe that findagrave has rules about transfering memorials to other people. They believe that if this person doesn't fall within so many generations that they aren't allowed to transfer. These aren't rules they're just guidelines.I don't have a lot of memorials that I manage, most of what I manage aren't my family, I don't collect memorials. The only reason I add them is so they can be honored on this site, that they were on this earth at one time, someone's loved ones or friends. If I have a memorial of someone related to you I will transfer it to you, I don't care if they came to America on the Nina, Pinta, or Santa Maria. I don't care if they are a friend of yours that you knew as a child, and hadn't seen in 40 years, I will transfer them. If I transfer them and they end up being deleted, I will add them again. I always check on different memorials anyway, and I have the pictures on file so I can add them back. I also want to say if I take a picture for a photo request, and you are displeased with the way It turned out tell me I will gladly take a new one at a later date, although I can tell when I take a bad picture, and have changed pictures without people asking anyway. I believe the entire headstone should be visible, clear, straight, and depending on the condition you can read the names and dates. If the condition is bad then I take a photo of the entire headstone, then close ups of the names and dates. I believe you want a picture that is almost like you were at the cemetery looking at the headstone, otherwise you wouldn't have made a photo request.
P.S. Look at the old pictures I have for my bio picture. If you have an idea of who it could be send me a message, although it's gonna be hard since the pictures were taken before anyone's time who is alive today. I will change them every once in awhile. I would like to get them back to their family. Thank you.

Hi Fred,

I have been in contact with his daughter Brittany Briggs and she has his ashes and plans to bury them in Carl Junction Cemetery. That is all I know for now.

RE: Hiram Washington Stapleton #133560697
Hi, I don't have the memorial for Hiram's wife Rachel Stapleton (head stone says Stapleton), wish I did, but she is buried in Missouri. I actually have a better photo of her head stone than the one on her memorial page. Anyway, if you go to Hiram's memorial I did link them up which will take you to hers. I don't have a picture of Rachel and the only one I have of Hiram is the one I posted, it's not a good copy but I am grateful to have it. No pictures of Hiram's other kids :( William Harrison, the one who died in the Battle of Atlanta is buried in Marietta, GA not far from where I live.

I don't have that information, I wish I did. I have several old letters from Helen Edwards, a relative who is now deceased so I think it's ok to use her name here. She is the one who provided me the photo of Hiram in the Union jacket and written info that said he was in the war. I wish I could be more help. I keep working on this line but it's hard to get a lead most of the time.

I received this information from a distant cousin. I have no way to verify if it is true but I do know he lived in or near Galena. If you have information that differs please pass it along. I would be happy to change it if this is incorrect. This line has been very difficult to trace. Thank you for writing!
