I've always been interested in cemeteries - they have so many stories to tell. Special interests include Civil War soldiers buried in Massachusetts (please see my website honoring 21 year old Hosea O. Barnes of Scituate and Boston, MA as well as other local men who served in the C.W.) Visiting family grave sites greatly enhanced my own genealogical research as well as providing a number of surprises, but it's always thought provoking. m.p.
