Bio

I have been doing family research for over 30 years. My families are Orbin, Collins, Tiller, Miles, Smith, Swallow, Hill, Schunk, Keown/Cowan/Cowen, Grable, Haney, Hines, Howard, Riley, Lee, Leatherman. I am also doing my husbands side Neeson, Brooks, Beamer, Herring/Herron, Carman, Egglestone, Vincent, Sanders, and so many others. I was born in Macon, Missouri and lived there till I was 10. Then we moved to Columbia and then moved to Bevier when I was 13. I have several family members still in Macon, Bevier, Kaseyville and all over Macon County.
I have been interested in my family for as long as can remember. The Titanic has always been a special interest of mine and as a child I discovered that my Grandma Mae and Grandpa Smith were alive when this happened all of a suddenly history became real and not a story so I started my family research. My Grandpa Smith wanted to know about his father's and mother's family so I began digging. The joy on my Grandpa's face when I found something new still keeps me looking after his death hoping to bring joy to someone else searching for family.
I do find a grave so family members can find each other. No one deserves to be forgotten.
Any photo I take of headstones can be used by anyone who is doing a family project.
