Bio Photo My name is Nancy Scheer and I am retired.
My husband, Stan, & I both do genealogy research on our family/ancestors and have helped others with their research.
We often encompass travel with our research as our ancestors lived in many areas of the USA & Canada as well as England & Europe.
There is nothing like going to the "main source" ie: church records & cemeteries, when serching.
We are members of a Society, FCCS, that does cemetery cleanup, leveling & repair of broken grave stones in cemeteries in Franklin County, MO.

Joyce Kitson
I am researching William Stalker b 1854. family story was that he was an orphan at age 14 when he came to Michigan across the ice from Canada. No proof. I find in Ancestry that his parents were James and Eliza McKinze Stalker. But I can't find any record of a James married to Eliza, just James married to Almira Schdel in 1841. Have you seen any graves for James and Eliza? Any for William Stalker? This is my road block. Thanks for your time and effort. I can't find any census records for William and James together in a family.

Thank you so very much for your photo of the Ellermann gravestone. As always, you complement cemetery searching with library research. This Ellermann family presents a challenge and I am grateful to you for everything.

RE: Infant Joseph Blattel
Thanks for taking these photos and for finding and entering the baby's headstone too. However, please correct his last name to be spelled with only one 'L', as per headstone.

RE: Re: Davidson's memorial
no, not at all, i was just glad to find something. was actually friends with larry for many years, engaged when we were very young, knew grandma, grandpa, and larry's parents when they lived in jennings.
Larry used to keep in touch, but haven't heard from him in many years. My mother passed a few years ago and i found some pictures of larry and his parents in her things, been trying to find an address to send the pics to him, came across this, instead, felt it my duty to pledge the $5 and post a flower. Thanks
