|I discovered Find A Grave years ago while working on my family tree but never joined. Recently I have begun looking at my tree again & joined in order to enter additional info about my relatives. The frequent mystery & unknown of our history, as well as a long-time interest in antiques & "treasure hunting" of all sorts has now pulled me into this quest of documenting cemetery information. I'm curious to see what other local history & ancestors I may stumble upon....|
Since joining FAG, I have been checking out some of my local cemeteries in the York County, PA area. I have found that there are numerous "missing people" (i.e. those who have not been entered and/or photographed), so I have also begun working on going through my local cemeteries individually, camera in hand, to photograph every headstone if possible - creating memorial pages for those who do not have one & asking for corrections or updates on any who may need it. If you are related to a person whose page I have created, feel free to email me & ask about transfers. After dealing with a few selfish long-term members who won't transfer relatives that meet the FAG guidelines, I do not want to do the same & prevent a family member from managing their relative's page.
Cemeteries I have completed or am currently working on:
~ Christ Chapel International Cemetery (complete as of June 2013)
~ Kreutz Creek Cemetery (in progress)
~ Pleasureville Cemetery (in progress)
~ Machpelah Cemetery (in progress)

|Chubbs||Yeah, Thanks Annette|
Yeah, thanks Annette, now the STALKER "cat pillow" on this website has my families information and is stalking my family. SO YES, THANKS FOR ALL OF THE WORK YOU DO! I want the headstone pictures removed for # 114416654 ASAP, you do not have authorization to post them. Now my family has to deal with the stalker CAT PILLOW on this website.

Thanks so much for the nice photos and
the inscription on one of the stones.
Having surveyed a few cemeteries, I am
very aware of how difficult it is to
red old stones.

Have made the corrections. Please add your pics. Also, you can delete the memorial you created.

Re: Find A Grave #59323231
I changed the date (although I think that was the date in the pension file) and rewrote the bio.
|Marcia Lynne vonGunden||Transfer|
Hello again Annette,
Thank you for your generosity in transferring David John Taughinbaugh to my care. I have successfully connected them with family and siblings. As I receive more information, I will add it to Our shared memorial.
With sincerest appreciation,
|Bob Speckman||Jacob Andrew Hake 44312170|
Thanks for the correction - which I've made to the memorial. It's one of those where the church record says one date and the grave marker another. It's certainly less confusing to go with the date on the marker.
