The Photocopy of the picture to the left is the family of Francis & Rosa (Schott) Berst. I am their Grt Grt Grandaughter & I would like to be in contact with someone who has this actual photo & would consider scanning it for me.|
Please contact me with corrections that need to be made on my memorials. I'm happy to transfer them to family members. I can also e-mail the orig. size photos to you.
Have you seen the beautiful gravestones shaped like tree trunks? Stones shaped liked Tree Trunks or Stumps usually signify that the deceased was a member of The Woodmen of the World. They usually contain other symbols such as anchors, lillies, vines, etc. The company, Woodmen of the World, is still in existence under the name Modern Woodmen of America. I have made a virtual cemetery for them. If you are aware of any to add to my collection, please let me know. When I started collecting obituaries, I noticed some of my ancestors were Woodmen or sometimes called Foresters (You will see several in this virtual cemetery who died on the same date in a mining explosion at Jumbo, Oklahoma.
I apologize to anyone that photographed a gravestone for me & I neglected to thank. I think I may have missed a few notifications. I truly appreciate your time & effort.

|Marcia McKown Hummel||Extended Muck/Hummel family|
Thank you for photographing the stones for the extended family of Fanny Agnes Hummel Muck. I truly appreciate the efforts you went to on our behalf. Although my husband is from Newton, we do not get there very often any more.

|Debra Park||RE: Cary & Margery Boatwright|
Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I contacted the Manager of Cary's profile, since he is not a family member, he deleted his Memorial.
Do you want to post the picture of Cary's marker to my Memorial (#131938662) since you took the picture?
Once that is done, I will contact the Manager of Margery's profile so he can re-connect her to my Memorial for Cary.
Thank you again.

You responded that there were problems with 2 of my photo requests...
Cary Boatwright - Memorial #131938662
Margery Boatwright - 131939058
You stated that memorials already existed for both of them with a picture of their gravestones.
I searched find a grave before I created either one in did not see a memorial for either of them... I just searched again after you sent those messages, I still don't see a memorial for either of them (except the ones I created).
Would you please give me their Memorial #'s for the others you are referring to?
Thank you, I appreciate your help on this
