Photos That I upload I do not mind if you use them for another site like Ancestry.com but please be courteous enough when you add photo to mention I took/own it and date it was taken. I understand everyone is here to document their loved ones, so really what's mine is yours to use freely. Thanks for understanding.|
My family originates from rural Lexington and Thomasville, Davidson County, NC and Randolph County on dads side with surnames of Hughes, Miller, Beanblossom, Pierce, Starbuck, Cecil and Rural Pitt, Craven, Brunswick, New Hannover, Onslow and Currituck Counties in NC and Norfolk, Portsmouth, VA on my Mom's side with Surnames Roach, Speight, Haddock, Nelson, Chapman, Smith, Cox, Mills and Hardee. Actively involved in obtaining my lineage on both my families sides and find findagrave.com very good at tying some loose pieces together. If you need any data, pics of family you may have in the 90247 zip code in CA feel free to email me ask if I can help.
I am also managing my partners family which on his Mom's side is Anae, Tufaga and his Dad's side Young, Hamm Young, Kuanaio. Both his parents originated from Hawaii on the Islands of Oahu and Kauai. His grandparents on mothers side originated from Samoa and his Dad's side from Hawaii and North Korea.
As a volunteer for this site I am willing to take pics at grave sites near my home(Gardena), have taken pics at those sites and if any memorial you want transferred that is your family, please send me a note from the edit section of the memorial describing your relationship and I will be happy to transfer it to you. I'm happy to assist. I understand the importance of connecting families to their past.

Very happy to find a fellow Haddock! If you are in CA we must be pretty closely related. I am in Los Angeles.

Barrington Ben Franklin Cemetery is actually Brinson Bennett Cemetery. I have photographed all the stones some are going to hard to read. This cemetery is on Neuse Rd in Grantsboro/Arapahoe Pamlico County NC. I have seen a few cemeteries in Reelsboro which is right up the road that I am going to check in on next week. I will keep you posted. I am still looking for your family.

Bernice was born Aug 24, 1943. Her death date had not been attached when I made the photo so I'll check back in about a month for an updated photo.

I called for grave locations the other day so I was ready for you!! I worked with Bernice years ago at Burroughs Wellcome (a pharmaceutical company) - she was a wonderful woman, well liked by everyone and willing to help anyone in any way she could. I'll probably get pictures the first of next week as I'll be out of town until Tuesday.
Regards to you, both.

Thank you so much for the transfers. Would not have found Moses if you hadn't. Bless you.

Thank you for all your help and your hard work, and thanks for the transfer.
Have a good day. It's absolutely beautiful here, not always the case in West Texas!
|Kristie Moore||RE: Andrew Ebbert Ray|
Thank you ever so much! You have no idea how happy you have made not only me but other family members who have been looking for his plot. God Bless you both!

Can I ask you where you got all the names from for this site? Did you map the site? When? It would help several of us if we had answers to this question, as there seems to be a lot of confusion right now, with stories on ABS News out of Honolulu and in the Garden Island. Did you list all the burials in the cemetery or only the ones with discernible names? I know there are lots of Chinese, Japanese and other burials there. My husband was Pila Kikuchi. He was Archaeologist for many years on Kauai and he studied that cemetery in 1986. I'm being asked questions that I can't answer, as Pila died of cancer a few years ago. I'm also going to try to contact the people who did the other input. My email is firstname.lastname@example.org and my phone is 652-0004.
