Bio Photo Please feel comfortable about contacting me if you have corrections or additional information you would like me to add. Be sure to add "findagrave" on the subject line. Photos are for your personal use only.

Please do not ask me to copy obituary notice to the record unless you are the author, since this would be in violation of one of the FAG policies. You may, however, provide the newspaper name, publication location, date of publication and page #. If the obit provides information such as the parents' names, I will add.

Old St. John's Cemetery, Middletown. Burns children
I took a photo there today, monument was down & crumbled but fortunately you took a photo of it while it was still legible. I sent an addition for Child Burns through the edit button. She was Ann, according to the Hale Index, age 11 weeks.
Regards, hope you are doing well. Jan

Yes. That's spot-on, Maria. Thanks.

Without calling city clerks, even knowing which ones to call, both of her marriages, and her husband's first, are very scantly documented, but a sufficient picture is there.

My wife is a distant Cole, perhaps unrelated even, at that. I'm working on the Concord MA Cole family from either side of the Revolution. The hypothesis is that one son, Abel, went to Gardiner Maine via Lyndeborough NH. I'm researching all lines out from him, for three generations at least.

This branch was interesting, having the Pratt, of Pratt & Whitney on it, so I persevered from him for the same distance. I dunno, maybe the wealthier folk might have been the ones who inherited the records on Concord. That was my hope anyway. But they seem as in the dark as the rest of us (no more genealogically implyingly-named descendants than the other branches). Are you related? Got any clues I may have missed or gotten wrong?

Thanks for all the work!
