Bio Photo Tombstone tourist, taphophile, cemetery enthusiast, genealogist, graver. I am a United States Army Female Veteran born in Germany to an English-German-Danish-Irish-Czechoslovakian-American father and German mother. Tenth great-granddaughter of George Soule, who arrived in this country aboard the Mayflower. I am researching the families of my fourth great-grandfathers, Henry George Lossing and Noah Jacob Huss. Noah had 200+ great-great-grandchildren and I am trying to get each and every one linked to him.

Please stop by my mom's page, Ingrid Koss, to leave a flower, she loved the color purple. Mom is the only person listed on Findagrave with the last/maiden name of Bläwert.

Each generation of my family has had a member who served in the military. Having served in the military myself, I have a soft spot for all who did as well. Please leave a note for Captain Neil Stanley Bynum. I wore his MIA bracelet until it broke into pieces. If you manage a veteran's memorial page please remember to thank him/her.

CHECK YOUR EDITS TAB ON YOUR PROFILE PAGE! If you find any errors with the memorials I manage, please SEND-A-SAC. Corrections left on my contributor page will not be acknowledged and will be deleted.

If you would like me to add an obituary from a published media, please edit the obituary and exclude the names of living family. I will not post cut and paste obituaries from newspaper obits or funeral home websites without permission of the author. Obits added to the flower section will be reported to Admin for removal. I will ask you first to remove any death certificate you post to a memorial I create. If you will not remove the DC, I will have Admin do so.

There are a few individuals who appear to not want to be bothered with suggestions and being contacted about "their" memorials, but they don't hesitate in contacting you in regard to yours. If you are one of those few who wish to remain anonymous, then it is my wish that you stay anonymous by not contacting me.

RE: Cessna Family
Hi Red,

BTW I live in Toledo. George did marry Olive. George and Olive (Bushong) Cessna are the maternal grandparents of my mother in law, Mary Lou Benington Lane. Her mother was Alma Cessna, the youngest of their 3 girls, Huldah, Gytanna (various spellings of both girls), and Alma.

Currently I'm finishing up some family history and have 1 or 2 pictures of Queen at a young age. Family photos are hard to come by. If you posted one of Alva Walden and his wife, I got that off of I have some family info below that's about all I have and have some obits as well.

To make my life easier, if you can add to what is below, I'll burn you a cd and send it to you. I'm waiting for some other family photos. I'm no genealogist and I'm sure this could have been done better but it's too late now!

Queen, the seventh child, was born January 17, 1866, married Albert Seymour Walden, and died on April 29, 1932 in Sandusky County. Albert was born in 1853 and died on April 2, 1941 in Alliance, Stark County, Ohio. In 1900, the Walden’s lived in Freeport, Wood County. In 1920, they lived in Sandusky County. Albert died at his daughter’s home, Mrs. Fannie Behrendsen, of Amanda Street, Clyde, OH. Albert and Queen are buried in McPherson Cemetery, Clyde. Albert worked for the Clyde Kraut Com. Queen and Albert had two sons, Alva Albert (1895-1957) who lived in Clyde, and Donald/Don Ora who lived in Fremont. Alva married Anrilla Crawford on November 22, 1919 and they had two daughters, Genevieve (1921-1997) and Ruth (1928-2006). Alva and his wife are buried in McPherson, Clyde. Alva served in the US Army in WW I and was employed by Whirlpool in Clyde, OH. While visiting the plant having been on a two-year sick leave, he suffered a heart attack and died in the hospital. Donald was born on September 28, 1898 and died May 7, 1970. In 1922, Donald married Helen Cowell who was born in 1899 and they had three children. Don’s son, Philip, was born in October 4, 1929 and died on March 11, 2006. Fannie was born in 1893, married Julius J. Behrendson on August 30. 1914, and died on January 9, 1959. Julius was born in 1893, died in 1968 and is buried along with Fannie in McPherson Cemetery, Clyde. Queen and Albert also had Agatha (1890-1963) and Nellie (1888-1972), Blanche (1901-1930), and Dollie Ellen (1904-1975). Agatha married Fletcher Howey on September 25, 1917 and is buried in McPherson Cemetery, Clyde. Nellie married John Bomer and they are buried in McPherson Cemetery, Clyde. Blanche married a Paul Dawson and they are buried in Lakewood Park Cemetery, Rocky River, OH. Dollie Ellen married Dewey Wagner in Sandusky County OH on May 4, 1925. Dollie died July 13, 1975 in Fremont. She and Dewey are buried in McPherson Cemetery. Dewey lived at 221 Elm Street, Clyde, at the time of his death. He was a carpenter found dead at a post office construction site in Castalia, Ohio in 1960. Dollie and Dewey had the following children: Wilbert, Eugene, Mrs. Wilma Holmer, Dorothy, and Bernadine Hoover (1904-1975) who is buried in McPherson Cemetery. Her husband was Clifford. Wilbert died in 2001 in Tennessee and he was married to Margaret Kirby. Wilma died in 2004 and Wilma’s husband, Urban, died in 1982 in Cleveland. Bernadine married someone named Hoover and she died in 2012 in Clyde. Two of the daughter s of Dollie and Dewey could be Mrs. I. F. Hovey, Clyde, and Mrs. John Bomer, Fremont.

And sorry it took so long to get back with you.

RE: Greenlawn Memory Gardens
Red, I am just getting started with Find-A-Grave and fulfilling requests in my area. I appreciate your positive comments. The "Thanks" from people wanting to see their families' grave markers makes it all worth it. David.
